Pan Xinyue is an excellent sprinter in China.He once ran 10.22s in the 2014 China Japan South Korea track and field competition,reaching the level of an international athlet e and winning the championship Through the methods of literature,expert interview,case study and field observation,this paper studies the annual training arrangement of Pan Xinyue,an excellent sprinter in China,from 2019 to 2020,in order to cultivate more excellent male sprinters in China,and provide the basis of theoretical learning and practical exploration for the scientific and efficient training of athletes and the establishment of selection indicators.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The training regulation of sprinters is mainly based on the heart rate of daily training,supplemented by small weekly performance test of cycle cycle;The coach should reduce the training intensity and load intensity of athletes in time and accurately in order to make the training plan closer to the original training goal.From the overall training process,strength:the load intensity reaches the expected goal in a gradually increasing In terms of speed and endurance:coaches control by real-time monitoring,timely changing training load and training tasks,and athletes achieve the expected goals.2.Training featurea of special preparation period:the purpose is to improve pan Xinyue’s speed training in the first half,enhance his sprint ability in the second half.and improve his competition skills.The load arrangement start s with a large number of weeks,then small and medium weeks,and finally small weeks of continuous training-Speed training:first carry out large or medium weekly training,then carry out small weekly training and arrange simulation test;The strength training time has no obvious change compared with the preparation period,and the training intensity increases gradually,close to the intensity in the event;Endurance cycle training,set the load intensity of large amount and small amount on Monday in each cycle;Agility and flexibility are interspersed throughout the training program.3.Training characteristics during the competition period:cultivate the best competitive state and achieve the best results.Speed training is basically arranged with high-intensity training;The purpose of strength training is to make pan Xinyue concentrate his strength during the competition;The intensity of endurance training has little change with the preparation period;Agility and flexibility are interspersed throughout the training program.4.The front and rear knee angles of Pan Xinyue ’s preparatory posture during the starting are 87.88°±4.78° and 109.55°±7.33° respectively.The horizontal distance between the body’s center of gravity and the starting line of the track is 0.20 ± 0.05m,the horizontal distance between the body weight center and the joints of the forefoot’s metatarsophalanges is 0.43±0.08m,and the height of the center of gravity is 0.67±0.08m.The angles of the front and rear knee joints are smaller than those of the top sprinters abroad,Pan Xinyue’s center of gravity is closer to the starting line;Pan Xinyue’s acceleration run in the future is an inertia run with a large forward leaning distance,which is helpful to start and accelerate and facilitate the conversion of greater speed after runniag on the way;During the running on the way,pan Xinyue’s head was upright and kept his upper body leaning forward about 170°.The swing speed of his arms was fast and the swing range was large,which could effectively improve the leg lifting speed and sprint speed of his lower limbs.
