In the practice of increasing the strength of lower limb explosive force,in recent years, the post-activation enhancement effect has been paid more and more attention by researchers and coaches, and the presence of activation enhancement effect after lower limb strength training has made the lower limb explosive force significantly improved. However, most of the current research focused on the change of activation enhancement effect after one strength training, and less changes in activation enhancement effect after studying multiple groups of strength training, between each group of training. This experimental study is carried out to explore the effect of activation enhancement effect on the explosive force of lower limb after multi-group strength training.Research purposes: purposes:(1)In order to explore the effect of post-activation enhancement on the explosive force of male’s lower limbs in multigroup strength training and its causes, after using the first part of the experimental design to stimulate different load intensity,on the basis of reference to the theory of previous studies,After the activation after different interval time, the enhanced effect changes in the dynamic index of reverse squat jump(CMJ),finds the best postactivation enhancement effect to induce the lower limb explosive enhancement scheme;Multi-group strength training was performed using the best formula for inducing the reinforcement effect after the first part, and after each group of strength exercises, the change of the enhanced effect was activated after the specified interval and the number of groups. It is hoped that in the practice of strength training, how to make better use of the post-activation enhancement effect to maximize the training effect, draw relevant conclusions, and provide some reference and reference for the application of the theory of activation enhancement to the practice of compound strength training for sports researchers, coaches and athletes.Research methods: Mainly using this study mainly using literature, experimental method, logical analysis and mathematical statistics to carry out experimental research, this experiment recruited 14 athletes with long-term strength training experience of Beijing Sports University as experimental objects, athletes to carry out two-part experiments,The first part of the experimental athletes to carry out different load strength(80% 1RM,85% 1RM,90% 1RM)force training,in different interval slots(immediate,3,6,9,12 minutes)squat jump dynamic situ indicators change,to determine the best post-activation effect scheme The second part of the experiment used the best post-activation effect induction scheme filtered out in the first part to carry out multi-group force training, and observed the change of activation enhancement effect in multi-group force training.Findings :Experiment 1:In the different load strength PAP effect scheme(80%1RM,85% 1RM,90% 1RM)on the sub-squat jump height, maximum power, maximum force value, the results show that: three different load pap effect scheme indicators in addition to the force stimulation appearsignificantly lower than the reference value,Pap effect can be induced in other points in time, and the size of the PAP effect induced by the induction scheme of different load measures is different. In terms of the performance of the subject’s CMJ height, maximum power and maximum value, the induction scheme of 85% 1RM was the best, and the performance of 3minutes of motion reached the highest value, the PAP effect was minimized in 12 minutes.Experiment 2: In the use of the best set of PAP effect scheme for multi-group strength training, after a certain set of breaks, the PAP effect after each group of training continued to maintain a higher than the baseline level. The subjects carried out 85%1RM,4 force stimulation, the intra-group interval in 3 minutes of CMJ dynamics index study, the results showed that in the 1-6 group after the force stimulation, the overall value of the indicators in the interval of 3 minutes showed an upward trend over the base value;Conclusions:(1)The 80% 1RM,85% 1RM and 90% 1RM load intensity induction schemes can all induce post-activation enhancement effects. When the subjects undergo 85% 1RM load intensity post-activation enhancement effect schemes, after exercise Immediately there will be no post-activation enhancement effect, reaching the highest value in 3minutes intermittently, and a downward trend will begin after 6 minutes until it drops below the baseline value in 12 minutes.(2)85% 1RM load intensity for 7 groups of strength training, the subject ’s CMJ dynamic indicators: height, maximum power, and maximum force values were improved from the baseline value at the 3-minute intermittent time of groups 1-6.Group 7 appeared to be lower than the reference level, and fatigue occurred. The postactivation enhancement effect not only appears in a single group of strength training, but can also maintain a good enhancement effect in multiple groups of strength training. It is appropriate to use 1-6 groups for the number of training groups during strength training.
