Objective: To explore whether the blood flow restriction training has the Postactivation potentiation and to observe the effect of the blood flow restriction training with different limiting pressure on the power of the lower extremity in sprinters. Methods: This study mainly adopts the experimental method, recruited 13 male college students of track and field in Beijing sport university, all of whom were above grade 2 and mainly involved in sprinting.First, each subject was tested for 1RM full squat and 30%1RM weight was recorded. In the formal trial, subjects were first given a 30-meter sprint or Counter Movement Jump(CMJ)test as the baseline value, followed by PAP induction and randomly selected training program intervention(Blank control,90%1RM,30%1RM,30%1RM with 160 mm Hg blood flow restriction,30%1RM with 240 mm Hg blood flow restriction). Two groups of semi-squats were performed with load intensity of 30%1RM,and 15 repetitions were performed for each group for 30 seconds.5 times 90%1RM half squats for 1 minute. After PAP induction,a 30-meter sprint or CMJ(i.e.4,8,12,16 minutes)is performed every 4 minutes starting at 4 minutes.Get the 30 meter sprint time and CMJ flying height and peak power. The mathematical statistics method mainly used repeated measurement of twofactor analysis of variance to compare the height and peak power of 30 m sprint and CMJ after different loads and different recovery times.Results:(1)The blank control group showed no significant difference in 30 m sprint,CMJ aerial height and peak power(P>0.05).(2)After the intervention of90%1RM semi-squat,there were significant changes in the recovery time,30 m sprint run,CMJ aerial height and peak power(P<0.05).(3)30%1RM semi-squat combined with 160 mm Hg blood flow limitation and 30%1RM semi-squat combined with240 mm Hg blood flow limitation. With different recovery time, there were significant changes in 30 m sprint and CMJ altitude(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in the impact of different limiting pressures on 30 m sprint,CMJ aerial height and peak power(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)90%1RM,30%1RM combined with blood flow restriction of160 mm Hg and 30%1RM combined with blood flow restriction of 240 mm Hg can induce the PAP effect, which has certain enhancement effect on the power of sprinters’ lower extremity.(2)The best time for PAP effect of 30%1RM half-squat with blood flow restriction of 160 mm Hg and 240 mm Hg was 8~12min after intervention, which significantly improved 30 m sprint performance,CMJ height and peak power.(3)With the increase of blood flow restriction pressure, the power of lower extremity increased.30% of 1RM semi-squat training combined with 240 mm Hg restricted pressure increased the amplitude of power of lower extremity more than that combined with160 mm Hg restricted pressure, but there was no significant change. |
