Research purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of post-activation potentiation on sprinting and squatting after unilateral and bilateral training.Research method: 30 undergraduates majoring in physical education were selected as the test subjects.First, the weight of the subject 's 1RM weight-bearing squat was tested.24 weight-bearing squats with a weight of 1RM greater than 1.5 times the weight were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into Three groups: unilateral training group, bilateral training group and control group.Adopt 85% 1RM weight-bearing deep squat or one-leg squat, repeat 4 times,4 groups,PAP induction between groups for 2 minutes. The data of sprint and squat jump were collected before induction and after recovery 4min,8min and 12 min.The sprint performance includes 10 m running time and 30 m running time;squat jump data includes squat jump height and peak power.Research results: The unilateral training group squatted and jumped at a height of 8 minutes after induction by PAP,and the peak power was significantly higher than the basic value(P <0.05).The remaining indicators were not significantly different; The squat jump height at 8min was significantly higher than the base value, and the peak power was significantly higher than the base value after 4min.There were no significant differences in the other indicators. There was no significant difference between the three groups in the sprint run;in the squat jump, the control group had a significant difference compared with the other two groups. Conclusion: In the horizontal explosive sprint run, after one-leg squat or single-leg squat with 85% 1RM weight, repeat 4 times. After 4 groups, all three groups failed to produce post-activation potentiation.Unilateral training, bilateral training, control There is no difference between the groups;in the vertical explosive squat jump, squat or single leg squat with 85% 1RM weight load, repeated 4 times, after 4 groups, the squat jump produces a significant post-activation potentiation in unilateral training group and bilateral training group,There is no statistical difference between unilateral training and bilateral training, but it is better than the control group.
