The successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games will promote the vigorous development of ice and snow sports in China.As the advantage of ice and snow sports in China,and snow sports in China,and efficient and scientific training is paid more attention by coaches and researchers.Complex training is an effective training method to improve muscle strength and explosive force.At present,this strength training method has been paid more and more attention by coaches and researchers.In this paper,the influence of complex training on lower limb strength of freestyle skiers in Hebei Province is analyzed by literature,experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics.Taking 14 athletes of Hebei freestyle skiing aerial skill team as experimental subjects,the experimental intervention was carried out for 8 weeks,and4 indexes were tested before and after the experiment to evaluate the lower limb strength of athletes.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Complex training can improve the maximum lower limb strength,lower limb explosive,lower limb response strength and lower limb endurance of freestyle ski aerial skills athletes.2.Complex training for the training effect of lower limb maximum strength,lower limb explosive force,lower limb reaction force is better than the traditional resistance strength training.3.Makes no significant difference in the training effect of the lower limb strength endurance of freestyle ski aerial athletes.
