With the increasing frequency of volleyball matches, resistance training is an important part of athletes’ physical recovery in non season.Because the traditional resistance training takes a long time, pressure training can make up for this deficiency. The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of pressure resistance training under different intensities on the maximum strength and explosive power of lower limbs of College Volleyball students. Methods:Eighteen volleyball students from the school of education of Beijing Sport University were randomly divided into low intensity pressure resistance group(LI-BFRT,30%1RM,50%AO;n=6)and high-strength compressive resistance group(HI-BFRT;70%1RM,50%AO;n=6);The traditional high-strength resistance group was the control group(TST;70%1RM without pressurization;n=6)。LI-BFRT was performed with 30%1RM load-bearing half squat to complete four groups, the first group was performed 30 times, the second group to the fourth group was performed 15 times;HI-BFRT and TST were performed with 70%1RM load-bearing half squat to complete 4 groups,8 times in each group.Training for 8 weeks, twice a week. One way ANOVA and paired sample t test were used to test the maximum strength and explosive strength of lower limbs before and after the experiment.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of training,LI-BFRT and HI-BFRT had no significant difference on the maximum strength of lower limbs and vertical jump ability of volleyball students(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in standing long jump(P>0.05).(2)Compared with LI-BFRT,HI-BFRT can significantly increase the maximum strength and vertical jump ability of volleyball students(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in standing long jump between the two groups(P>0.05)(3)Under the same high external load, there was no significant difference between HI-BFRT and TST in the maximum strength of lower limbs and vertical jump ability of volleyball students(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in standing long jump(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)The effect of low-intensity pressure resistance training on the maximum strength of lower limbs of Volleyball students can achieve the effect of traditional highintensity resistance training.(2)Under the same pressure,in a certain range, the higher the load intensity, the better the improvement effect on the maximum force and vertical jump ability of lower limbs.(3)Under high external load, the effect of high-intensity pressure resistance training on the maximum strength and explosive force of lower limbs is better than that of traditional high-intensity resistance training. |
