| In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to special education.As an important part of special education,physical education is of great significance to the rehabilitation of special populations.Take down syndrome population as an example.People with down syndrome have metabolic problems so that obesity and various diseases will begin to appear in the age of 30,thus it is essential to form the habit of exercise from an early age.Badminton is a kind of physical activity,which is helpful to improve the players’ sports ability.On the basis of evidence-based practice,this paper adopted video analysis and expert questionnaire to screen badminton skills and determine the corresponding practice methods,leading to determine the teaching content suitable for down syndrome children.Evidence-based experiments were conducted on three children with Down syndrome.Through visual calendar,social stories,token system,and video demonstration,the teaching process was observed and analyzed,and the badminton teaching content of identified children with Down syndrome was analyzed.Verify with the method.It aims to develop a set of badminton teaching content and methods suitable for children with Down syndrome,and provide a basis for the rehabilitation of children with Down syndrome.Finally,it is concluded that: 1.The teaching content suitable for children with Down syndrome includes gripping,high forehand,forehand,forehand,forehand,backhand,forehand,backhand Draw the ball,put the net in the forehand,put the net in the backhand,hook the ball in the forehand,hook the ball in the backhand,and kill the ball;these techniques are suitable for students in the middle and upper grades;Backhand serve,forehand pick,and backhand pick,suitable for lower grade students;2.The practice methods corresponding to each technique have greatly improved the students’ hitting effect;3.The teaching process of badminton in children with Down syndrome In the selection of methods,both age and ability factors must be considered;4.Case-based evidence-based trials improve the behavioral characteristics of children with Down syndrome,improve their cognitive ability,and provide successful cases for this study;5.The teaching content and methods of badminton have higher applicability in the teaching experiment of children with Down syndrome. |
