Upper Cross Syndrome is a kind of shoulder girdle cross syndrome caused by an imbalance of power of muscles,which is characterized by the bad body posture such as shoulder shrug,hunchback,winged scapula and head leaning forward.Upper crossing syndrome not only causes the body to form a deformed body posture,but also affects the body function and movement ability,which is not conducive to the development of physical and mental health.Plenty of researches show that corrective training can effectively help the body to improve the bad posture of Upper Cross Syndrome.Using the methods of literature,investigation,experiment,mathematical statistics method,this article took students as the object of study and assess the physical posture of 69 athletes;and it worked out the scientific and safe corrective training programme and carried out on 8 athletes.It aimed to contrast the difference before and after the experiment in body posture and technological level,then find out the potential relationship between syndrome and athletic ability.It includes muscle-fascia release exercise,over-tightening muscle stretching exercise,muscle strength activation and strengthening exercise,Neuromuscular integration exercise and posture correction exercise It drew the following conclusions and put forward corresponding Suggestions1)Athletes who have been engaged in single-arm power generation for a long time are prone to form bad body posture such as upper crossing syndrome.Especially in the critical period of growth and development of young badminton players,the disease rate is higher.2)For badminton players,the asymmetry of strength training,the imbalance of muscle strength caused by special training and the incorrect posture of desk work are the main reasons for the upper crossing syndrome of badminton players,which is characterized by such bad posture as hunched back,head leaning forward,winged scapula and so on.3)20 weeks of corrective training on Guangzhou badminton player,including muscle-fascia release exercise,over-tightening muscle stretching exercise,muscle strength activation and strengthening exercise,Neuromuscular integration exercise and posture correction exercise can effectively improve the upper crossing syndrome of badminton players.4)The correction of badminton players'upper crossing syndrome is great significant.On the one hand the correction training improve the existing symptoms such as head forward tilting,winged scapula,round shoulder and hunchback,on the other hand it improve the stability and accuracy of forehand hitting backfield high ball and killing ball skills of badminton players.
