Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with the rapid popularization of the Internet, the Internet has not only facilitated our lives, but also caused the emergence of a large number of internet addiction groups.Their physical and mental health, behavior and development have been seriously damaged due to Internet addiction, especially for young people who are not mature in their mental development and are under high academic pressure, they are more vulnerable to Internet addiction. In view of the problem of adolescent Internet addiction, many researchers tend to use cognitive behavioral therapy for intervention.Compared with other intervention methods, cognitive behavioral therapy is more simple and easy to operate. However,so far, most of the studies have been empirical studies on the intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy in adolescents with Internet addiction disorder. There is still a gap in the systematic evidence organization and analysis of this intervention method, and there is a lack of rigorous explanation and analysis of the effectiveness of this intervention method. This study consists of two parts: systematic evaluation and empirical intervention. The first part is about the systematic evaluation of cognitive behavioral therapy in the intervention of adolescent Internet addiction through combing the domestic and foreign literature; In the second part, based on the results and enlightenment of the systematic evaluation,a case study of cognitive behavioral therapy in the intervention of adolescent Internet addiction disorder was carried out.The results of systematic evaluation showed that after the intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy, the score of the Internet Addiction Scale in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with that before the intervention,MD=-1.68,95% CI(-1.72,-1.64),the change was statistically significant, and there was no significant difference between the pre-and post-test data in the control group; The case intervention results showed that the score of the Chinese Internet Addiction Questionnaire(revised version)of the case owner decreased from 78 to 37 points before the intervention, and the score of the Davis Online Cognition Questionnaire decreased from 227 to 101 points, with significant changes before and after the intervention. The victim’s symptoms of Internet addiction have been significantly improved, reducing his dependence on the Internet; At the same time, the cognitive level and social satisfaction of the case owner have been improved. To sum up,cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively improve the problem of adolescent Internet addiction, and it is recommended that social workers use this therapy for practical intervention.
