Abstract/Summary:
Research purpose: With the building of a well-off society in an all-round way,people’s vision for a better life is more and more urgent,but subject to social imbalances and insufficient development,in the final analysis,it is the self-improvement,selfdevelopment and self-realization of social security people.Insufficient ability.With the rapid arrival of an aging society,how to enable the elderly to have a higher quality of life and provide positive and effective theoretical and methodological guidance to the elderly has become the focus of society.But at present,the survival of the elderly in our country The situation is notoptimistic.According to statistics,up to 50% of middleaged and elderly people suffer from various chronic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,heart disease,and 80% of middle-aged and elderly people with at least one chronic disease.Poor health protection is relatively low,especially the outbreak of the a novel coronavirus epidemic situation epidemic,which sounded the alarm for us.This study is to regulate whether social dance is an active exercise prescription to promote the health of middle-aged and elderly people.Research on the body shape,function,quality and psychology of elderly women.Research methods: This study uses experimental methods,literature data methods,questionnaire survey methods and mathematical statistics methods.During the experiment,40 middle-aged and elderly female subjects were selected from Zichuan District,Zibo City,Shandong Province,and randomly divided into Standardize social dance practice group and control group.For each of 20 people,the experimental group was trained for 16 weeks for standardized social dance twice a week for 120 minutes each time;the control group did not perform any intervention according to the original lifestyle.After obtaining relevant data,the data before and after the test Inductive sorting is performed,and then mathematical statistical spss is used to compare and analyze the independent sample t test and the paired sample t test for the data before and after the test.Research results:(1)After 16 weeks of standardized social dance training,middleaged and elderly people’s weight,body mass index decreased,subcutaneous fat decreased,body fat rate decreased,and waist circumference showed significant changes.(2)After the experiment,middle-aged and elderly women showed significant changes in physical performance indicators,blood pressure indicators improved,quiet heart rate,Blanche heart function index decreased,vital capacity indicators showed extremely significant changes,and standardized social dance can effectively improve the Cardiovascular and respiratory function in older women.(3)After the experiment,the strength and flexibility of the upper limbs of middleaged and elderly women have not changed much,and the balance and sensitivity have shown extremely significant changes.The standardized social dance movement has a significant effect on the physical coordination and physical flexibility of middle-aged and elderly women.Great help.(4)After 16 weeks of standardized social dance exercise,the Newfoundland Memorial University Happiness Scale test results for middle-aged and elderly women show that middle-aged and elderly women’s happiness is significantly enhanced and their mentality is younger.SCL-90 data It shows that somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,and anxiety are alleviated in the ten factors of the mental health questionnaire,which shows that regulating social dance can suppress the mood of depression and anxiety and have a positive impact on improving mental health.Research conclusions: Standard social dance can effectively shape the body shape of middle-aged and elderly women,reduce the accumulation of waist fat,and then increase the happiness index and confidence in life.Standard social dance activities of low and medium intensity can also relieve hypertension,heart disease,etc.Chronic diseases,improve the cardiovascular function of the subject,increase the vital capacity,and enhance the ability of the respiratory system to take in oxygen.Through 16 weeks of training,the balance and sensitivity of middle-aged and elderly women are strengthened,reducing the risk of fall injury.In the practice,people follow the physical exercise to enjoy music,so as to cultivate sentiment,improve temperament,improve mood,and promote physical and mental health.Therefore,regulating social dance is a sports activity suitable for daily exercise of middle-aged and elderly women.
