Objective:In recent years, middle-aged women’s participation in physical activity is increasing. Choose a variety of sports. Walking, Square Dance exercise are two different sports but it has in common, such as exercise intensity can be controlled with high security, and site selection exercise freedom of unlimited time, so these two sports by a growing number of middle-aged ladies. Walking is a sport dominated lower body exercises, and square dance is whole body movement. Currently in previous studies, the middle-aged women mainly single Walking or square dance form of exercise based. Single exercise influence on the body has some limitations. This study attempts to pass basic theoretical knowledge test, sports physical measurement, physical health science, sports psychology, exercise physiology and other related disciplines as a guide, from the perspective of sports health science and exercise physiology combined analysis Walking square dance exercise on elderly women influence of body functions, as middle-aged women to provide assistance in this sport in the fitness aspects of sports science.Methods:The subjects were randomly selected to participate in Kaifeng City, usually middle-aged women often exercise of 60 people, aged 40-60 years. The subjects were divided into three groups:Group A Group Walking:Walking usually participate in middle-aged women (20). Square Dance Group B:square dance usually participate in middle-aged women (20). Walking combining Square Dance Group C groups: Walking participated Square Dance took part in older women (20). Experimental time was 16 weeks.Group A:Walking exercise duration 16 weeks, each time interval workout day, three times a week for exercise time was 60min.Group B:16 weeks continuous square dance workout, workout once every day intervals, three times a week for exercise time was 60min.Group C:1-2 weeks before the experiment, each Walking duration 30min,4 sets of square dance learning duration 30min, each interval workout once a day, three times a week; the first 3-16 weeks, every Walking duration 30min, Square Dance duration 30min, each interval workout once a day, three times a week. This selection of literature, logical analysis, experiments and mathematical statistics, analysis of the experimental data was analyzed before and after comparison.Results:(1)A group after 16 weeks of walking exercise on elderly women BMI index changed little, WHR index decreased body fat rate index also decreased significantly. The results show that vigorous walking exercise significant changes to body shape middle-aged women.Walking through the exercise on elderly women blood pressure index changed little, step index, there are significant changes in vital capacity index; bone, skeletal muscle, did not change significantly, the results show Walking Exercise on physical function in older women did not change significantly.Walking through the exercise on elderly women grip strength showed no significant change; Sit and Reach, there is a significant change in reaction time, the results show that vigorous exercise on elderly women walking the body’s flexibility and nervous system have a good improvement.After SCL-SCL90 test results show that middle-aged women significantly improved, indicating Walking exercise in negative mood and depression have a positive effect.(2) Group B after 16 weeks of square dance exercise on elderly women showed no significant difference in BMI, WHR, body fat percentage, subcutaneous fat chain index decreased significantly. The results showed that the square dance exercise significant changes in body shape middle-aged women.After the square dance exercise on elderly women blood pressure index, step index index, bone density, skeletal muscle showed no significant change, there is a significant change in vital capacity index. The results show that the square dance exercise on elderly women in the cardiovascular system and the respiratory system function in elderly women have the ability to improve the body’s oxygen supply.After the square dance exercise on elderly women showed no significant differences in grip strength, sit and reach, there are significant differences in response Shique. The results showed that the square dance exercise on elderly women ligament, neural response system has significant change in leg strength.Middle-aged women showed significantly improved by SCL SCL90 test results, square dance exercise on negative emotions and depression play a positive role.(3)Group C after 16 weeks of vigorous walking combined square dance exercise a significant difference in older women BMI index; WHR, body fat percentage, subcutaneous fat mass index fell faster, with a very significant difference. The results showed that the combination of walking exercise on elderly Square Dance female body shape to produce a very significant difference.Walking through the combination of square dance exercise on elderly women blood pressure index, index level indicators, lung capacity, bone density, skeletal muscle index has a very significant difference. The results showed that combining Walking Square Dance Exercise on physical function in older women produce a very significant difference.Walking through the combination of square dance exercise on elderly women grip index did not vary widely, Sit and Reach, there was a significant difference in the reaction. The results showed that the combination of Square Dance Exercise Walking has a very significant change in physical fitness of middle-aged women.After exercise combined group of middle-aged women SCL-SCL90 test results show somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia eight factors appear very significant improvement, indicating Walking combination square dance in negative mood and depression have a positive effect.The conclusion of the study:Elderly women in long-term walking with the square dance exercise can reduce and control weight effectively, improve body shape, improve body function and physical quality, and cultivate sentiments in the music, mood, improve, improve the health development. Walking with the square dance exercise fitness is better than the single walking or square dance exercise, is a very suitable method for elderly women in daily exercise.
