Objective: To investigate the changes of blood lipid and arteriosclerosis in the middle and older women during the six months of fitness Qigong before and after exercise,and to explore the fitness effect and possible mechanism of fitness qigong,Dance fitness effect of the theoretical system to provide experimental reference.Methods: 30 normal middle-aged and old women in Xi’an,Shaanxi Province were selected as the subjects.The subjects were divided into two groups: the group and the control group.The group was divided into 15 groups.The group was grouped under the guidance of the fitness instructor.Fitness Qigong big dance exercise,exercise 3 times a week,every 1 hour or so,for a total of 6 months;control group to maintain the original living habits,do not participate in systematic physical exercise.Were tested 1 day before the experiment and after the end of the experiment the next morning 6: 30-7: 30 fasting state of the subjects 5ml venous blood test and the same time period with noninvasive arteriosclerosis tester test arteriosclerosis related indicators.Result:(1)6 months of fitness qigong · big dance After the exercise,the right wrist pulse wave velocity,the right ankle artery pulse wave velocity,the left ankle artery pulse wave velocity,the heart to the right ankle pulse wave velocity(P <0.05).The pulse velocity of right ankle ankle artery was reduced by 9.50(P <0.05),and the velocity of left ankle pulse wave was decreased by 9.50(P <0.05).The pulse velocity of left ankle ankle artery was decreased by 7.95%(p <0.05),and the rate of heart to right ankle pulse wave was decreased by 10.99%(P <0.05),and there was significant difference(P <0.05)Heart to left ankle pulse wave velocity decreased by 15.71%(P <0.01);The ankle brachial index,the ankle-brachial index were slightly higher than that before exercise(p> 0.05),the ankle-brachial index increased by 4.46%,and the ankle-brachial index increased by 8.18(P <0.05)(P <0.05),but the time of starting point of the left ascending segment was significantly lower than that before the exercise(p <0.01),the time of the starting point of the right ascending segment was 14.08% The rise time of the rising range to the crest is reduced by 18.68%.The left ventricular upper extremity diastolic blood pressure and average arterial pressure were lower than those before exercise,and the systolic blood pressure of middle and upper limbs was significantly lower than that of middle and old women(P <0.05)(P> 0.05).The mean arterial pressure was reduced by 5.92%(p> 0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure(P <0.05).The mean arterial pressure was reduced by 6.10%,but there was no significant difference(p> 0.05).The mean arterial pressure was reduced by 6.10%(p <0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure of the lower limbs were significantly lower than those before exercise.The systolic blood pressure and mean pulse pressure were reduced by 7.43% and 7.61%(p <0.05),respectively,and the diastolic blood pressure was significantly decreased and decreased(P <0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the lower right lower limb were significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the systolic blood pressure was decreased by 10.74%(p <0.05)),The mean arterial pressure decreased slightly and no significant difference,decreased by 4.18%(p> 0.05).(2)After 6 months of fitness Qigong · big dance exercise,the concentration of triglyceride was lower than that before exercise(P> 0.05),triglyceride concentration decreased by 6.49%,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol concentration than practice(P <0.05),total cholesterol decreased by 11.44%,low density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased by 11.18%,high density lipoprotein concentration was higher than that before exercise(P> 0.05),high density lipoprotein concentration Increased by 6.57%.Conclusion:(1)six months of fitness(1)Qigong · big dance exercise to a certain extent,reduce the pulse wave velocity,improve the ankle brachial index,for the prevention and improvement of arteriosclerosis has a good effect;(2)six months of fitness Qigong · big dance exercise has the effect of reducing arterial blood pressure;(3)six months of fitness Qigong · big dance exercise can improve the ability of heart ejection;(4)six months of fitness Qigong · big dance exercise can improve lipid metabolism(4)in the elderly,effectively reduce the total cholesterol concentration.
