ObjectiveHere,we aim to investigate the effects of three kinds of aerobic fitness exercises,including square dance,Tai Chi and jogging,on fitness and bone mineral density index of Middle-aged women in order to compare the difference among them,and to find out which is the best way for health of Middle-aged women.Materials and Methods80 Middle-aged women aged 45 to 60 years in the community of Hefei city were organized for four groups,which were square dance group,Tai Chi Group,jogging group and non exercise group(the population of each group is 20).The index of fitness,which included step test index,vital capacity,grip strength,sitting flexion,single leg standing with eyes closed and the reaction time,the percentage of body fat and bone density index,were tested by professionals.Results1.The results of step index shows,jogging group was significantly higher than that of non exercise group(P<0.05),also the same higher than that of the square dance group(P<0.01);2.Comparing the vital capacity index of different groups and shows that jogging group was significantly higher than that of non exercise group(P<0.05);3.The results of sitting flexion index shows,square dance group and Tai Chi group was significantly higher than that of non exercise group(P<0.05);4.In acpect of single foot standing with eyes closed time index,Tai Chi group was significantly higher than that of non exercise group(P<0.05),as the same as higher than that of the square dance group(P<0.05);5.In the results of the reaction time indicators,the square dance group was significantly lower than that of no the exercise group(P<0.05);6.Analyzing the percentage of body fat index,and then it shows both square dance group and running group was significantly lower than the non exercise group(P<0.05),fatherly,Tai Chi group was significantly lower than the non exercise group(P<0.01);7.The dates of bone density of lumbar shows,fitness running group was significantly higher In the no exercise group(P<0.01),both Tai Chi group and jogging group was significantly higher than the non exercise group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Jogging plays a significant role on the improvement of cardiopulmonary function of Middle-aged women;however,square dance and Tai Chi has a significant impact on the improvement of flexibility for Middle-aged women;more,Tai Chi has the positive effects on the ascension of the static balance ability of Middle-aged women;square dance significantly improve movement coordination ability of Middle-aged women;all three kinds of fitness exercise can not only improve body composition,but also reduce body fat percentage significantly.;2.The effects of all three kinds of aerobic fitness exercises on promoting lumbar bone health in Middle-aged women is remarkable.;3.Square dance,Tai Chi and jogging effects differently to Middle-aged women,different physical conditions of Middle-aged women should be according to their own situation to choose which fitness exercise.
