In today’s society employment, situation is increasingly serious, how to improving the quality of talent training as institutions of higher learning in our country at present stage one of the theoretical and practical problems worthy of attention. University personnel training mode and social needs serious disconnect, lead to college graduates employment problems. Therefore, the author will be based on the research of the social demand, combined with college students’ employment ability elements, the scheme of the cultivation of university students’ employment ability.The author reviewed the related literature and the related scholars research, with the help of competency theory, the concept of constructing university students’ employment competence system more clearly. On this basis, the design for college students and the questionnaire survey of the enterprise, in order to get to college students’ employment ability factors of college students’ recognition, enterprise recognition and self-reported grades for employment ability of university and enterprise evaluation results. Descriptive analysis of data obtained, to determine the basic distribution of data, and the reliability of data validity check, according to a preliminary processing of the data analysis of the differences of college students’ employment ability and social needs, and then using the measurement data of average clustering analysis, three types based on the employment ability and the employment competence model of the difference of different social needs and further for the empirical analysis results put forward the practical ability of university students’ employment development path and its implementation measures.The main contribution of this paper is to analyzes the within a certain period of time must be based on the social needs of college students’ employment ability elements, and carries on the empirical analysis of these components, so as to find out the difference between college students’ employment ability and social needs matching, then design and advance the solutions to foster college students’ employment ability is put forward. |
