Study On The Implementation Effect Of Employment Placement For Ex-servicemen In Shanghai

It is an important practice path to maintain the status of soldiers,to realize the strategy of strengthening the army in the new era and to guarantee the employment of retired soldiers.The employment placement service of ex-servicemen is an important measure to guarantee the employment of ex-servicemen and solve the employment problem of ex-servicemen.As the main body of employment placement,ex-servicemen are the direct beneficiaries of employment placement services,and their subjective feelings will affect the actual effect of employment placement.Therefore,this paper starts from the perspective of ex-servicemen and starts with the employment placement service.This paper consists of eight chapters.The first and second chapters are the research basis of this paper,which define relevant concepts and introduce relevant theories for support.Meanwhile,the research object of this paper is clarified.The third chapter is the problem orientation of the study,and analyzes the current situation and problems of the employment and settlement of ex-servicemen in Shanghai.Chapters 4 to 6 are the key chapters and the core of the paper.The fourth chapter introduces in detail the design process of questionnaire and evaluation index system for the implementation effect of employment placement of ex-servicemen.In the fifth chapter,the author conducts investigation and analysis through questionnaire collection,and draws a preliminary analysis conclusion.The sixth chapter is the empirical study of the implementation effect of the employment placement of ex-servicemen in Shanghai.It mainly includes two contents: one is to use the entropy method to process the data in the questionnaire to get the weight of each index;The second is to evaluate and analyze the implementation effect of the employment placement of ex-servicemen in Shanghai with the weight calculated by the entropy value method combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to improve the accuracy of the model operation.The seventh and eighth chapters analyze the empirical results and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize and improve the implementation effect of employment placement of ex-servicemen in Shanghai,and at the same time summarize and look into the future.The thesis draws the following conclusions :（1）Through the analysis of the current situation of the employment and placement of ex-servicemen in Shanghai,it is found that there is a lack of evaluation index system from the perspective of ex-servicemen,as well as the tracking investigation and service differentiation of ex-servicemen.（2）According to relevant theories and data analysis,the corresponding indicators are selected to evaluate the implementation effect of employment placement of ex-servicemen in Shanghai.（3）Through the investigation and research,it is found that the ex-servicemen in Shanghai do not know enough about the policy and the intensity of employment competition,but the ex-servicemen are satisfied with the situation of retirement placement,employment service,satisfaction and respect.（4）Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it is concluded that the overall evaluation situation of the employment and placement of ex-servicemen in Shanghai is good,and the subjective feelings of ex-servicemen are relatively satisfactory.
