Research On Cross-department Coordination Problems And Countermeasures Of Grid Management In District A Of S City

The current urban grid management is becoming more and more mature.The guidance of new ideas,the establishment of new mechanisms and the application of new technologies continue to promote social governance to a new height.However,under the new requirements of "one network unified management",there are still some problems in urban grid management,such as difficult cases can not be solved,complex problems can not be solved on time,fuzzy events are not led to handle,which are closely related to the cross department cooperation of back-end management in Grid management.In S City,a provincial capital city,we must deal with the problem of cross department collaboration in grid management,so as to effectively improve the fine level of social governance and make full preparation for the construction of "one network unified management".Under this background,this paper selects a relatively mature grid management area as the research object through collaborative governance,digital governance and other theoretical models.Guided by specific problems,this paper analyzes the cross department collaboration in grid management of a area.In the study,such as sinking law enforcement force,forming governance joint force,Department integration and cooperation,strengthening linkage,optimizing management process,establishing standardized standards,extending system platform,accelerating information transmission,strengthening high-level promotion,and improving guarantee mechanism.However,in the actual work,there are still some problems,such as the lack of collaborative system,unclear grid division rights and responsibilities,insufficient cohesion,weak "one network" coordination of information system,insufficient data open sharing collaboration,etc.,which lead to collaborative problems among various departments.In this paper,case study method,interview method,participation observation method and other research methods are used to analyze the causes of the problems existing in the inter-departmental coordination of grid management in DISTRICT A of S City,and it is found that there are problems such as difficulty in establishing the coordination system,low administrative status of grid center,irregular law enforcement process,and inconsistent pace of information construction.Under the background of over A network,aiming at the existence of S city area A current interagency coordination problems and the future development trend of grid management,from strengthening the system synergy,management synergy,collaborative,system coordination,data together five aspects put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions,such as the center of the city to run for the future construction and development to provide reference for reference.
