| In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed that "a grassroots governance platform with improved grid management,refined services,and information support." In recent years,grid management has become an effective means of modernizing the national social governance system and social governance capabilities.The degree of participation of different actors in the grid directly affects the effectiveness and efficiency of grid management,determines the effectiveness of community management and the quality of community public services,and may even affect the ultimate goal of modernization of the national social management system and management capabilities.This study takes the grid management practice in Longchuan County,Guangdong Province as an example,and from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,analyzes the current status of grid management operation in Longchuan County,Guangdong Province,analyzes the existing problems,and evaluates relevant countermeasures;The study of this issue not only helps to expand the research content of grid management theory,but also provides valuable suggestions for urban basic social governance,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This study conducted interviews with grid management personnel,including the leading leaders and staff of the grid management center,as well as grassroots grid personnel,to understand the evaluation of the current grid management operation by grid personnel.Using the "status quo problem countermeasure" approach,the current situation and problems of grid management in Longchuan County were investigated,and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.The research results indicate that the current grid management in Longchuan County has the following problems: difficulty in solidifying backbone forces,insufficient collaboration among various entities within the grid,need to improve refined governance capabilities,and unclear paths for social forces to participate in grid autonomy.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems,This study believes that insufficient implementation of incentive policies,inadequate institutional mechanisms,overlapping grassroots positions,incomplete information platform construction,and obvious administrative tendencies are the main reasons for the current problems.Efforts should be made to shape the concept of grid collaborative governance,strengthen the construction of grid information platforms,optimize grid management systems,enhance grid collaborative governance capabilities,and mobilize social forces to participate in social governance,in order to improve the overall efficiency of grid management. |
