Research On The Supply Of Government Statistical Information Service In Fengze District,Quanzhou City

In the current social and economic development,the government’s statistical information is a record of social and economic development,reflecting a country’s responsibilities and functions.In the process of comprehensive governance of the government it has played a great role in promoting.The supply of high-quality macro-government statistical information provides a very powerful basic information and technical support for high-quality development.This paper mainly studies the supply and optimization of government statistical information service in Fengze district.Using research methods such as literature survey method 、 case analysis method and comparative analysis.From the perspective of Public management,this paper discusses the related core concepts and research theories of government statistical information service supply,as well as the research of domestic and foreign scholars on government statistical information service.Then it discusses the statistical work of Fengze district government,and enumerates the contents,methods and achievements of the statistical information service supply of Fengze district government.Then from the perspective of Public Management,it analyzes the problems of Fengze district government statistical information service.Using the theory of TOE to explore the causes of the problem from three aspects of technology,organization and environment.On this basis,this paper combined with previous research and personal work experience,and referring to the advanced experience of other cities in China,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through analysis and reference,this paper tries to find reasonable methods and measures to optimize the supply of government statistical information services,and promote the statistical work to a higher level,so as to meet the needs of the public as much as possible and truly become a "think tank" for the high-quality development of local economy.The study found that there are several main reasons that affect the supply of statistical information services of the Fengze district government.Technically,it is mainly due to backward statistical data collection methods,weak research and development capabilities of statistical information service supply technology,and lack of statistical information storage integration methods.Organizationally,there are some defects in the government statistical system and system,the power of government statistical agencies is in the shape of an inverted pyramid,the role of basic statistical agencies is not clear,and the coordination mechanism between district statistics bureaus and departments is not sound.The environment is mainly due to the lack of relevant laws,the weak independence of the government statistics department,the low degree of sharing of departmental statistics data,the poor cohesion,and the interference of the external environment.On this basis,this article aims at the problems of the supply of Fengze district government statistical information service,and puts forward suggestions to improve the Fengze district government’s statistical information service supply.First of all,integrate the database to enrich the content of government statistical information service supply,rely on new media to broaden the supply channels of government statistical information service,provide personalized service statistical information,introduce and cultivate compound statistical talents,and optimize the supply capacity of government statistical information service technically.Secondly,from the technical point of view,it is necessary to smooth the expression channel of the interest demand of the object.Thirdly,we should optimize the organizational structure suitable for big data,establish a reasonable performance appraisal system,diversify the supply subjects,and clarify the statistical functions of the government.Finally,optimize the internal and external environment of statistics.
