After the reform and opening up,China’s social economy has been fully developed,and the degree of opening to the outside world has been further increased.The social statistics requirements of government departments are also increasing.In fact,all kinds of statistical data given by government statistics departments,The attention received is also increasing step by step.The statistics collected by the grassroots government will be used in public decision-making,scientific research,investment and financial management,and the development of personal and corporate development plans.Therefore,its authenticity and transparency are of public concern.However,in reality,we found that some of the data given by the grass-roots government and the public have a certain gap,so its accuracy is questioned.In January 2017,the governor of Liaoning Province,Chen Qiufa,first confirmed to the public in his summary report on the work of government departments that the local economic data was injected into the water from 2011 to 2014.Civilian questioning and official recognition have greatly challenged the credibility of grassroots government statistics.Therefore,based on the theory of multi-center governance,information asymmetry,stakeholders,etc.,with the help of questionnaires and other methods,it is necessary to understand the current status of the credibility of statistical data of grassroots governments in my country and to provide targeted countermeasures.This article firstly puts forward the background and significance of the research based on the overall situation of China’s social and economic development,combined with the current status of the credibility of the grassroots government,summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,and carries out concepts such as government statistical agencies,government credibility,and government statistical credibility.Elaborated,studied and summarized the multi-center governance theory,information asymmetry theory,etc.,which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent research.Secondly,the status quo of the credibility of grassroots government statistical departments in China was investigated and analyzed.Through the analysis of the status quo of grassroots government statistical credibility,comprehensive data acquisition,transparent data calculation methods,diverse datadistribution channels,accurate statistical data,and public statistical credibility The evaluation and the guarantee of statistical laws and regulations all affect the statistical credibility of the grassroots government.It is concluded that the problems of the statistical credibility of the grassroots government in China include inadequate access to new format data,incomprehensible statistical calculation methods,inadequate maintenance of online publishing channels,and partial statistical data and actual There are many differences,the public believes that some of the statistical data does not meet the actual situation,and the statistical enforcement is weak.Thirdly,the reasons for this lack of statistical work are analyzed,and it is believed that at the present stage,our country’s grass-roots government statistical agencies lack scientific statistical methods for new formats,the lack of basic statistical work,administrative intervention in grass-roots government statistical agencies,and low public participation,Weak statistical awareness,etc.Finally,this article studies the measures to improve the statistical credibility of the grassroots government,and believes that it is necessary to improve statistical methods and systems,strengthen statistical basic work,improve the structure and performance system of statistical departments,improve public participation,improve statistical laws and regulations,and strengthen law enforcement. |
