Research On The Path Of Transformation And Optimization Of Local Government Statistical Functions In The Context Of Big Data

In the age of big data,with the rapid development of the Internet,social networks,the Internet of Things,and cloud computing are widely used,enabling individuals to publish and obtain data more accurately and quickly.Big data has the characteristics of being reusable and continuously value-added,and contains huge value and potential.The collection,storage and analysis of massive data,mining the correlation between data,and insight into data change rules and trend characteristics are important contents of economic and social statistics research.In recent years,with the intervention of big data,the demand for statistics has also diversified,and the traditional functions of government statistics have gradually changed.Government statistics institutions are also actively studying and exploring the application of big data statistics,and vigorously promoting the integration of big data and government statistics.This paper mainly studies the optimization and transformation path of the statistical survey function of local governments under the background of big data.Zhejiang Province is selected as the research example,and the problems and causes are analyzed by using participatory observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and multi-center governance theory,and the solutions are given.The first part of this paper mainly expounds the research background and significance of this paper,domestic and foreign research results,related theories and concepts,and lays a solid foundation for further analysis.On this basis,an analysis framework for the transformation and optimization of government functions under the background of big data is constructed from five dimensions,namely,the source of big statistical data,the method of obtaining statistical data,the coordination mechanism of statistical work,the method of statistical analysis and the application of statistical results.Analysis of the current statistical work of zhejiang government and change government function and the optimization problem,using the polycentric governance theory,analyze the root causes of problems,and finally,formulate measures for improving our country government statistics,set up the mechanism of multi-center coordinate work,improve the ability of the public governance and participation enthusiasm of countermeasures.By studying the transformation and optimization path of the statistical functions of local governments in the context of big data,we can explore new models for government statistics in the context of big data and find more effective governance measures,which is also the only way to develop statistical productivity and change the statistical production mode.
