The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to take education as a basic project to realize national rejuvenation,and to make unremitting efforts to promote education equity through reform.With the rapid economic and social development,the state has invested more and more in education,and the educational environment is constantly improving.However,the less developed areas of rural education environment is relatively backward.Shortage of funds,the lack of talent,inadequate policy implementation and other problems become the main factors restricting the construction of rural education environment and to some extent hindered the development of rural compulsory education.Although the teaching and management ability of Huilai County Y Middle School in the underdeveloped area of ??eastern Guangdong has been improved after the construction of education,there is still a big gap between Y Middle School and urban middle schools.The improvement of educational environment is still the key point for Y Middle School to make up for its teaching shortcomings and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Based on internal and external perspectives,this paper comprehensively analyzes the school environment and policy,social and family environment of Y Middle School,so as to provide theoretical support and countermeasure reference for improving the educational environment.As a hotspot of education research,rural education has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad,and the fruitful results achieved have laid a good foundation for this research.However,the current domestic research results focus on the comparative studies between the central and western regions and urban and rural areas,or the overall coordination and integrated promotion of countermeasures.Relying on the theory of educational equity and the theory of balanced development of education,this article takes Y Middle School in Huilai County,an underdeveloped area in eastern Guangdong,as an example to discuss the construction of rural middle school education environment in poor counties in economically strong provinces,using case study methods and questionnaire survey methods.Starting from elaborating the connotative characteristics of the educational environment,analyzing the current situation of educational environment construction and analyzing the existing problems,and then make suggestions for optimizing the educational environment of Y middle school.Possible innovations in this paper:(1)Research object refinement.This article takes Y Middle School as the research object,focuses on micro-individuals,discusses the rural education situation in poor counties in economically developed provinces,and makes a concrete and systematic analysis of the government,society,school and family environment it faces.(2)Appropriate research ideas.This study takes Y Middle School in the backward areas of eastern Guangdong as an example to conduct a detailed study,comprehensively using literature data research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,etc.to deeply analyze the problems and solutions in the educational environment of Y Middle School.
