Education is the foundation of a country.Youth is the hope of a country,and the essence of competition is the competition of talents in today’s world.With 5,000 years of cultural heritage,the Chinese people attach great importance to the construction of spiritual civilization and morality.The Chinese Communist Youth League(known as the Communist Youth League)has a history of 98 years.The party’s political program has been her goal for many years and has always used the party’s guiding ideology as her guide for action.Today,it continues to be the cradle of youth learning socialism and communism with Chinese characteristics in practice.The purpose of school education is to cultivate builders and successors for all-round development of various abilities and quality for the country,and to cultivate newcomers with a sense of historical responsibility and high ambitions.As the main political window of school moral education,the Communist Youth League has always been based on moral education and participate in the school’s moral education with its own unique characteristics and advantages,leading the young people to grow up healthily and become "youngsters with four virtues" in the new era,and shine in the moral education in the middle school.But so far,the effect of the middle school youth league organization’s participation in the school’s ethical education work is not satisfactory.The Communist Youth League organization in the middle school and the moral education department of the school are working hard to build the students’ world outlook,outlook on life and values.There are two connections and differences between the two.The school’s ethical education department improves students’ ideological and moral qualities in daily management.Through the power of grading directors and class leaders to class teachers,the students are educated at the aspects of life,learning and behavioral norms of middle school students to guide students to grow into talents.The Communist Youth League focuses on the education and guidance of young people.It relies on the political advantages,organizational advantages andactivity merits of the Communist Youth League to participate in the school’s moral education.The moral education work of the Communist Youth League has helped a lot.It can be stated that the Communist Youth League has always been at the forefront of absorbing and cultivating excellent reserve forces for the Party.Although the two departments are closely related,the middle school youth league organization is in a passive state by participating in the moral education work.In order to explore the current situation of the Communist Youth League organizations participating in the school moral education work,find out the problems and analyze the reasons,so that the middle school league organizations can play a greater role and maximize the moral education work,the author uses questionnaire survey method,literature research method,experience summary method to investigate and analyze the situation of the Communist Youth League organization in the Confucius School in County D,and understand some of the problems of the Communist Youth League’s participation in moral education.First,school leaders and parents do not afford enough attention to the participation of middle school youth leagues in school moral education.They do not put the ideological and moral education of students in the first place.Schools and parents do not pay much attention to it,and students must think the same way.Second,intermediate school students themselves also reject the activities of the Communist Youth League.Due to the constraints of time,environment and other external factors,the activities carried out by the league organizations are not rich enough,and they cannot cater to the idea of Middle school students.They want to go out for practical activities,so the activities cannot attract students.Third,the Communist Youth League organization in middle school itself has problems that are not conducive to participate in moral education.For example,according to the "bureaucracy theory" put forward by the sociologist Marx Weber,hierarchical management in schools is more inclined to connections,not connections between levels.For example,there is little communication between the Confucius School Youth League Committee and the school’s moral education department.In addition,the school does not pay attention to the training of youth cadres.Youth cadres have problems such as small number of participants,no priority to job titles after work and the lack of an appraisal and evaluation system for the work.The results were not affirmed and rewarded,and gradually lost the enthusiasm for participating in the ethical education work of the Communist Youth League.Fourth,when participating in students’ ideological and moral education courses,there is no systematic course content as a reference for teaching.League committee teachers as part-time cadres have limited levels,which increase the difficulty of moral education tasks.The advancement work has not been fully utilized so far.At the same time,there is the absence of clear curriculum arrangements.The above problems have led to the restrictions of the Communist Youth League in secondary schools in participating inthe school’s moral education and failing to achieve the desired consequences.Investigating the reasons,the investigation found that the higher-level Youth League organizations(Committee of D County)did not have a clear plan for the Communist Youth League to participate in the moral education work.Due to inadequate staffing,the division of labor is not clear,and it is also a more difficult time.In addition to the insufficient strength of the management team of the higher-level league organizations,the "experience-only theory" phenomenon has emerged under the influence of test-oriented schooling.Schools,parents and teachers all ask students for score,and the word moral education is in the form.In addition,the network is developing,science and technology are progressing and the social environment has also changed the perspective of students.How to resist the bad temptations of the outside world and how to prevent students from being exposed to bad information on the network is all problems that the cadres should think about.Factors make it difficult for middle school youth league organizations to participate in ethical education.The middle school stage is a key stage for the growth of teenagers,and the success or failure of intermediate school moral education directly affects the life-long of students.As the party’s assistant,the Communist Youth League organization in intermediate schools must give full play to its due strength and do a good job of leading and demonstrating the ideological and moral character of young people.Therefore,school leaders need to raise the awareness of the participation of the Youth League in interior school moral education work,and strengthen communication between the Youth League Committee and the members of the moral education department to form a joint force of the youth school.With the continuous development of society in the new period,various trends of thought have to burst out under the influence of the general environment.The view of the youth league members has kept pace with the time and their behavior has also changed.Paying close attention to and understanding the physical and mental development of young people and the changes in social environment can help young people to establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life,and values in a timely manner,which is the key to the work of the Communist Youth League.Improve the ability to use the Internet to participate in school moral education,and provide help for the Communist Youth League of middle schools to participate in school moral education.The form of moral education work is no longer single,and students are willing to participate in the ethical education activities of the Communist Youth League and grow into an favoured individual.
