Research On General Practice Grid Management In Oubei Street Of Yongjia County

As the most basic part of social governance in China,the modernization degree of community management represents the modernization degree of social governance.As the latest model of community management,grid management mode has been tested in some areas since 2004.By 2017,Zhejiang Province has comprehensively promoted the construction of general grid.In the development of grid management,its system,management mechanism and technology application are constantly upgrading It promotes the organic integration of law enforcement and service work at the grass-roots level,and provides more detailed and effective support for precision service.At the same time,through several years of practice,in the case of positive results,the general grid operation also exposed some shortcomings,and there is still a gap between the requirements of flat,refined,efficient,full coverage,full process,all-weather general grid.In order to solve these problems and realize the improvement of quality and efficiency of community governance,this paper focuses on.Starting from the historical origin and theoretical basis of grid management,this paper takes Oubei street in Yongjia County of Zhejiang Province as a sample,through questionnaire survey,field Survey,literature research and other methods,and combined with its own practice in grid work,systematically expounds the historical evolution of organizational structure and operation mechanism of grid management in Oubei street,summarizes experience and evaluates the practical effect,and points out that Oubei street has a long history There are still some problems in the operation of street grid management,such as insufficient information platform construction,weak team construction,poor cooperation between departments,and insufficient participation of the masses.In view of the reasons,the paper puts forward that in the community management,we should further change the government functions,optimize the information construction,strengthen the grid team management,improve the security mechanism,and innovate the multi collaborative participation mechanism,so as to create the upgraded version of "general grid",promote the grid management of Oubei street to a new level,and provide reference for the grid management of similar areas It can be used as a reference for scientific research.We will work together to promote the socialization,legalization,intellectualization and specialization of China’s social governance,and effectively enhance the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.
