Research On The Operation Of General Practice Grid In Daning County,Shanxi Province

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress stressed the need to strengthen the construction of community governance system,promote the focus of social governance to the grass-roots level,and create a social governance pattern of co construction,CO governance and sharing.Perfect and orderly grass-roots governance is not only a prerequisite for meeting the needs of the masses,resolving complex contradictions and delivering personalized services,but also a fundamental requirement for improving the people’s sense of belonging and satisfaction,but also a necessary guarantee for promoting the modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,building a grass-roots governance model with sound system,perfect system,powerful measures and solid implementation is a necessary condition for social stability and sustainable development.In recent years,grid management has been more and more used in practice,which has improved the ability of regional social governance and preliminarily reconstructed the pattern of social governance,but many problems have emerged in practice.After years of exploration and practice by the government and scholars,the general science grid came into being.Using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field interview,this paper studies the operation problems of general practice grid in Daning County,Shanxi Province,combs the operation background and operation measures of general practice grid in this county,deeply analyzes the operation effect of general practice grid in this county in combination with its operation in the process of epidemic prevention and control,and comes to the conclusion that there are still problems in the operation process of general practice grid,such as low quality and efficiency of event handling by functional departments After analyzing the causes of the problems,it is considered that the coordinated governance ability of the functional departments of the county is insufficient,the comprehensive quality of the grid team does not match the needs of the masses,The grass-roots party organizations lack the strength and ability to guide and educate,and the masses’ participation and cooperation with the grid work are inappropriate,On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on further improving the general division grid,highlighting the collaborative governance ability of functional departments,strengthening the construction of grid members,activating the vitality of Party organizations in the grid and improving the ability of mass autonomy.
