Study On The Evaluation Of The Effect Of Late Support Policy For Reservoir Resettlement In Huidong County

Reservoir migrants come into being accompanied by the development of economy and construction since the foundation of the People’s Republic of China.For helping them,necessary support is the effective way to carry out for a long time in China.Since 2006,China has formulated a later-stage support policy for migrants of large and medium-sized reservoir,who will,in the support range,be given a subsidy of 600 yuan per person per year for 20 years.Subsequently,several provinces have made the corresponding small reservoir later-stage migrants support policies.The intention of related policies aims to gradually improve the condition of production and life o f reservoir migrants to share the social development dividend.Taking the later-stage support effect of reservoir immigrants in Huidong County as the study object,this paper attempts to study and analyze the situation since the implementation of the reser voir policy in Huidong County,then find out the deficiencies and reasons in the work of reservoir immigrants so as to seek for the corresponding countermeasures in order to provide new ideas for future work to improve the living standards of local reservoir migrants.Therefore,according to the idea of "theoretical research-evaluation system construction–current situation analysis-reason analysis-propose countermeasures",this paper analyzes and explains the actual effect of the support of reservoir immigration in Huidong County by constructing the evaluation system,and then puts forward some suggestions to improve the deficiency of policy implementation.According to the actual situation of Huidong County,we select the evaluation index and construct the evaluation system,and establish 7 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators,the analytic hierarchy process evaluation method is used to determine the weight and evaluation score of each index.This paper analyze the current situation of reservoir resettlement support in Huidong County,and introduces in detail the implementation situation and achievements of reservoir resettlement support in Huidong County.And the relevant data of reservoir resettlement support from 2012 to 2018 in Huid ong County are analyzed and evaluated,this paper draws the conclusion that the implementation effect of the late support policy for reservoir resettlement in Huidong County from 2012 to 2018 is remarkable year by year,and the reasons are analyzed.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing policies are summarized.It is pointed out that the focus of the future work of the county is to promote industrial upgrading and development,strengthen employment and entrepreneurship training,speed up the construction of ecologically livable villages,enhance the ability of immigration management team to perform their duties,and strengthen the supervision and management of various links.
