Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Resettlement In Lianghekou Reservoir

The construction of the reservoir is to better ensure the people’s production and living water and electricity.It can not only flood control and irrigation,but also save water resources.However,due to the construction of the reservoir,some reservoir immigrants are facing not only the readjustment of their living environment,but also the economic difficulties of survival.This paper studies the relocation and resettlement of the Lianghekou reservoir in Neijiang City from the perspective of public management.Through the use of literature analysis,case studies,comparative analysis and other methods,it puts forward the objective problems in the resettlement and various problems faced by the migrants before and after the relocation.Analyze the unreasonable part of the policy and the inadequacy of the government’s implementation.Make full use of the successful cases of resettlement of excellent reservoirs at home and abroad,and put forward opinions and suggestions for the resettlement of Lianghekou reservoir.This paper starts from the background of the era of reservoir resettlement.First,it explains various stages of the development of China’s resettlement policy.The second is to take the relocation and resettlement of Lianghekou reservoir as an example,analyze the problems existing in the relocation and resettlement from the perspective of individual cases,and interpret the surface and deep-seated meaning of the problems.Third,combining with the successful experience of reservoir resettlement in China,the paper puts forward solutions to the resettlement of Lianghekou reservoir.The fourth is to put forward suggestions on the relocation and resettlement of reservoir migrants from the aspects of policy formulation,improvement of laws and regulations,and standardization of institutional management.On the basis of immigration feedback,reflect on various problems in the process of government implementation.Propose improvements in government management.We should attach importance to the feelings of migrants in relocation and resettlement,and guide migrants to actively cooperate with the work.Break the status gap between immigrants and the government,and let immigrants feel the initiative and goodwill of the government.So that the immigrants can actively cooperate with the work,integrate into the new life as soon as possible,and make the relocation and resettlement work more orderly.
