The latter stage of reservoir resettlement is a special policy for the implementation of reservoir resettlement in China’s water conservancy and hydropower project,which has a great effect on the recovery of the life of the reservoir.Because there are more difficulties in the implementation of the specific,if not handled properly,will directly affect the effective recovery of the living standard of reservoir,and even affect the regional social stability.In order to support the work of resettlement,In 2006,the State Council issued the No.17 document,clearly stipulates that the government should establish a monitoring and evaluation mechanism.At present,China’s reservoir resettlement support policy implementation of monitoring and evaluation work achieved good results,but there are still problems.The technical outline,content,methods,and the format of the report are different.To explore a set of effective monitoring and evaluation methods is a worth exploring subject.Based on the domestic and foreign investigation of the late stage support monitoring and evaluation of reservoir resettlement,combined with the theory of scientific research and monitoring work experience,according to the development of the latter stage of reservoir resettlement,this paper from the monitoring and evaluation content,method,index system,sample selection,table design to study the reservoir resettlement support monitoring and evaluation method,discussed the key points and difficulties in detail,in order to form a suitable reservoir resettlement monitoring and evaluation method system for China’s national conditions...
