The employment issue has always been a livelihood issue of great concern to the Chinese government.As my country’s economy is moving towards the stage of pursuing high-quality development,problems such as labor surplus and structural unemployment have become increasingly prominent,and competition in the labor market has intensified.As a disadvantaged group in society,disabled persons are faced with greater challenges and difficulties due to their own weak employability,low level of employment,and single employment structure.Under the increasingly intensified employment situation,they are faced with greater challenges and difficulties.In recent years,although the employment situation of disabled persons has improved,there is still a huge gap between the employment rate and level of employment and non-disabled persons.Employment of persons with disabilities is of vital importance to improving the living standards and quality of life of persons with disabilities,and is a key component of the decisive battle against poverty and the construction of socialist harmony.The employment status of disabled persons in my country varies significantly among provinces and cities across the country,and between different regions in the same province.Existing research has provided strong support for promoting the employment of persons with disabilities.However,due to the lack of judgment on the importance of influencing factors,the employment assistance work at all stages lacks priority and the employment status of persons with disabilities cannot be further improved.In order to study the employment status of persons with disabilities and the importance of their influencing factors under the effect of regional stratification,this paper selects basic demographic factors,family factors,social environmental factors,and Regional factors and other related variables,taking Province S as an example,firstly described the employment status and existing problems of persons with disabilities,and initially explored the factors affecting the employment of persons with disabilities.Secondly,based on the regional stratification effect,a multi-level Logistic regression model was constructed to explore the mechanism of influencing factors.Finally,the importance of each influencing factor is measured based on the gradient boosting decision tree(GBDT)model,and the importance of each factor is obtained.The research results show that:(1)Under the regional stratification effect,the basic demographic characteristics,family characteristics,social environmental factors and various factors under the regional development level of the disabled have a significant impact on the employment of the disabled,and the disabled with greater employment probability People have the following characteristics: basic demographic characteristics(agricultural household registration,under 50 years old,male,high education level,married,hearing disability,fourthdegree disability),family characteristics(high family income,urban ownership housing or rural Housing conditions are good),social environment characteristics(participating in urban and rural pension insurance,not participating in medical insurance,housing through barrier-free environment renovation),regional characteristics(living in an area with a higher level of economic development).(2)Basic demographic factors have the strongest influence on the employment of persons with disabilities,followed by social environmental factors,and family factors are the weakest.Among the factors that affect the employment of persons with disabilities,the top three with the highest importance scores are education level,type of disability,and age,and the last three are marital status,family housing status,and whether the house has been barrierfree.In response to the research results,this article further puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the employment status of the disabled: vigorously carry out education for the disabled,meet the needs of employment assistance for the disabled,improve the employability of the disabled,pay attention to the aging of the disabled,and pay attention to the disabled Marriage issues;fully implement social security work for low-income families and families without housing,build an "Internet +" home employment model for the disabled;strengthen the construction of a barrier-free environment for the disabled.
