At present,China has stepped into the level of social aging,the degree of aging is further strengthened,at the same time,it also gradually shows the development trend of aging,and then the social support pressure is further increased.Compared with developed countries,China’s aging situation is more serious.As early as 2000,China entered the aging stage.The aging problem is a major social problem related to the future development of the country and a series of social problems related to the national economy,society,culture and so on.In particular,the aging phenomenon leads to a sharp decline in the labor population,which adds a lot of new contradictions to the labor market and has a certain impact on the sustainable development of China’s economy.One of the major measures to deal with the aging of the population is to reasonably promote the re-employment of the elderly.With the development of economy and society,the longevity of the population and the improvement of health status,a large part of the elderly have the ability to work and the desire to re-employment.The elderly in my country are rich in human resources,there are many elderly work experience,skilled,strong sense of responsibility,but due to the influence and constraints of various factors,resulting in the elderly human resources have not been fully utilized.In order to alleviate the social support pressure and the structural shortage of human resources,it is necessary to encourage the reemployment of the elderly,increase the development of the elderly human resources,and give full play to the advantages of the elderly human resources under the situation that the demographic dividend is gradually fading and the aging population is gradually worsening.Actively promoting the reemployment of the elderly,on the one hand,can increase personal income,improve living standards,promote the physical and mental health of the elderly;On the other hand,it can also realize the full utilization of human resources and promote the sustainable development of social economy.This paper mainly studies the influence factors of the elderly over 60 reemployment will,defines the related theories,based on the current situation of aging population,studied the necessity and feasibility of older human resource development,the information obtained on the basis of questionnaire survey on the influence factors of the elderly again obtain employment will expand empirical research,at the same time with the aid of multivariate Logistic regression test multiple effects of significant.On the basis of the analysis of the results of the influencing factors,the influence of gender,age,health status,self-rated economic status,personal skills and education level on the reemployment intention was found.At the same time,the goodness of fit test was carried out for the logistic regression model,and the test results showed that the model could fit the whole well,and there was no significant difference.According to the results of cross league tables,and the empirical analysis that need to fully stimulate the government again obtain employment guidance function in the elderly,at the same time need to again obtain employment to create incentives for the elderly a good social environment,and need to strengthen the elderly social engagement,and further enhance the quality of the elderly,to promote the elderly again obtain employment,to implement human resources by using the maximum validity,for the healthy development of China’s aging population has provided important guarantee.
