| Employment is the greatest livelihood of the people and one of the basic human rights enjoyed by the disabled.Our party and government have always attached great importance to the employment security of the disabled.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping has delivered important speeches on many occasions,pointing out that "to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,there should be no less disabled people",and profoundly expounded the importance of developing the cause of disabled people.However,as a vulnerable group in society,the disabled have different degrees of defects compared to the able-bodied people.This defect includes two levels of physical and psychological.In addition,the social cognitive bias and employment discrimination against the disabled have aggravated the employment difficulties of the disabled.The integration of persons with disabilities into society is separated by an invisible barrier.For decades,A series of regulations and related policies to protect the rights and interests of persons with disabilities have been successively introduced,which has played a certain role in promoting the employment of the disabled.However,with the economic and social development and the deepening of the concept of employment rights of the disabled,the demands of the disabled for equal employment and full employment are increasing.At the same time,the disabled have certain particularity in the labor market.How to more efficiently help the disabled who have the ability and who have reached legal age to realize their career ideals and life happiness through labor and employment has become an important part of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and an important issue that needs to be researched and solved urgently social problem.Based on social background as above,this paper focuses on the F district of Shanghai,focusing on the disabled of working age in F district of Shanghai.First of all,it analyzes and sort out the national and regional employment system and situation of the disabled.Secondly,it briefly describes and analyzes the current situation and predicament of the employment of the disabled in district F.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,it is found that there are four problems in the employment of the disabled in area F: first,the employability needs to be improved;Second,the concept of employment needs to be changed;Third,employment capital needs to be strengthened;Fourth,the employment policy still needs to be improved.Then,comprehensively using questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method,combined with employability theory,behavior planning theory,human capital and social capital theory,and social exclusion theory,and the theory of augmentation,taking the employment status as the dependent variable,employ ability,employment capital,employment concept and employment policy as the independent variables,and taking the demographic factors affecting the employment of the disabled as the control variable,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the employment status of the disabled.Through quantitative analysis,it is found that the four independent variables have a positive impact on the employment status of dependent variables.The employment status and professional assistance of the disabled are significantly improved.In addition,the influence on the employment status of the dependent variable was ranked in descending order: employment concept>employment policy>employment capital>employment ability.Based on tthe above quantitative analysis and substantive analysis,this paper discusses four countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment of the disabled in line with the actual development of Shanghai.The first is to ensure inclusive and accurate employment training to improve the "employment ability" of the disabled;the second is to Establish a healthy attitude of self-reliance and self-improvement and cultivate the "employment concept" of the disabled;the third is to explore tailor-made employment services to consolidate the "employment capital" of the disabled.The fourth is to improve a strong and effective employment system and improve the "employment policy" for the disabled.It tries to provide some references for the region to continuously improve the employment situation of the disabled. |
