Study On Legal Promotion Mechanism Of Photovoltaic Power Generation In China

There is no doubt that the exploitation and utilization of traditional energy brings economic development for human society,but also makes the environment pay a heavy price for this.In the public’s cognition,coal and oil have always been non-renewable energy,and then the emerging solar energy,which has the advantages of inexhaustible and inexhaustible,as a renewable energy,has little harm to the environment when it is developed and utilized for power generation.Since modern times,occupying the huge energy market of solar energy has become one of the important aspects of competition among the world powers.Through reading materials,it is found that modern scholars have done little research on the legal mechanism of photovoltaic power generation.From the perspective of the number of literature,there is a large number of literature on the development and utilization of solar energy,but most of them study photovoltaic power generation from the technical level,and few explore photovoltaic power generation projects from the legal mechanism.At present,photovoltaic power generation is beneficial to solve the problem of traditional energy power generation,which greatly alleviates the problem of energy shortage in China.In addition,in the process of solar energy development and utilization,the relevant national policy and legislation protection has extremely important significance.Internationally,in order to vigorously promote the innovation of photovoltaic power generation system in the field of technology,some developed countries have adopted various measures such as financial subsidies,formulation of preferential tax policies and implementation of preferential loans.In China,some scholars have also realized that there are many problems in China’s current solar energy industry in the actual research process,such as the current organizational system is still not perfect,the implementation of various incentive measures is not in place,and the formulation of policies is not perfect.Therefore,we should actively study solutions to the problems raised by experts,improve relevant supporting laws and regulations,and increase government incentive policies.Most scholars point of view,as shown in the present study only for solar power related legal problems,and for photovoltaic legal mechanism to promote in the research of this aspect is extremely few,from the macroscopic,the coverage is too broad,and float to the surface,is not a more in-depth analysis to explore the mechanism of the legislation,there are also many scholars focus on May be involved in energy development and utilization of the legal system,the author in this article from the perspective of legal mechanism,by understanding the present situation of the photovoltaic power generation in China analyze the existing problems,At the same time,study on the one hand draw lessons from foreign typical countries policy system construction is relatively mature experience,available at the end of the article in photovoltaic power generation in China,the legal mechanism of promoting aspects of how to implement the measures are put forward and some relevant policies of constructive Suggestions,in hopes of our country’s promotion mechanism with photovoltaic law can better improve and development.
