The Study On The Renewable Energy Priority Development Legal System Of China

With the advancement of the industrial revolution,the problem of environmental pollution in the world is becoming more and more serious,and the energy crisis is intensifying.Countries are seeking new energy outlets and ushering in a new round of energy transformation.Renewable energy is increasingly becoming the dominant energy source.China has also put forward the strategy of giving priority to the development of renewable energy,trying to achieve China’s energy transformation by giving priority to the development of renewable energy,replacing the dominant position of traditional fossil energy in the energy system.However,the development of renewable energy in China has been hindered by a series of obstacles.With the increase in installed capacity,the phenomenon of “waste wind power and solar power” is also increasing,renewable energy power is difficult to be absorbed by power grid.In addition,traditional fossil energy still occupies the dominant position in energy consumption,and the priority development interests of renewable energy have been infringed.This paper adopts research methods such as literature research and comparative analysis,focusing on the legal system of priority development of renewable energy in China,and discusses the legal system of renewable energy priority development in China from five aspects: the first part is the introduction,this paper analyzes the domestic and international backgrounds of energy transition and environmental energy crisis in China’s renewable energy priority development,and conducts a literature review,and shows the innovations in the topic selection and related recommendations;the second part is the overview,discussion the connotation and necessity of the priority development of renewable energy,and the analysis of its theoretical basis and composition;the third part is to sort out the status quo of China’s renewable energy priority development legal system,and propose the main problems it faces;The four parts examine and draw lessons from the experiences of countries and regions such as the EU,Germany and Denmark.The fifth part proposes specific and targeted suggestions for improving China’s renewable energy priority development legal system,which will contribute to improve China’s current energy legal system,provide legal protection for the priority development of renewable energy,achieve China’s energy transformation and the emission reduction targets and promote the construction of ecological civilization finally.
