Study On The Promoting Legal System Of Chinese Photovoltaic Power Generation Industry

Photovoltaic power generation has always been an important part of thedevelopment of renewable energy around the world,China is no exception.Because ofits own special properties and the dependence on policy,Europe, the United States,Japan and other developed countries have introduced the relevant laws and the legalsystem to promote the development of photovoltaic power generation businessbetter.Some countries’ photovoltaic power generation career has made considerableprogress at technical level, the using of photovoltaic power generation is also gettingcloser to people’s lives. China’s photovoltaic power generation industry trends on theheels of global development and achieves a lot. However, due to the time ofdevelopment in China is shorter, laws and regulations is not sound enough, many ofthe problems encountered during the process of development, and emerged in recentyears. Facing the problems, China’s photovoltaic power generation industry has alsobegan to reform. In this special time, improving the legal protection of photovoltaicsystems of our country’s photovoltaic power generation industry is very significant.This paper starts from analyzing the promoting legal system of Chinesephotovoltaic power generation industry. According to these, I’d like to make aconclusion that the current laws and legal systems of Chinese photovoltaic powergeneration industry has many shortcoming while analyzing the existing laws and legalsystem of China. Based on the above conclusions, I will study foreign laws,regulations and the legal system to find out a suitable develop way for Chinesephotovoltaic power generation. At the end of this article, I will give some targetedperfecting suggestions.
