With the deepening of the reform of the national supervision system,under the new anti-corruption system,the duty of discipline inspection and supervision cadres is no longer simple discipline enforcement and supervision,but also the investigation and punishment of duty violations and crimes.Therefore,it is increasingly important to build a professional discipline inspection and supervision cadre team.Only by constantly arming the team with professional knowledge and skills,building a professional system and taking the road of professional development,can we continuously promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work.Therefore,taking sichuan qionglai city as an example,this paper studied the level of professionalism construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadre team,in order to provide valuable and referable opinions for the reform of the national supervision system and the improvement of discipline supervision and enforcement ability of discipline inspection and supervision and anti-corruption work of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.Based on the definition of related concepts,this paper uses the theory of human resource management in public sector,the theory of administrative organization and the theory of two factor incentive,closely combines the work practice of the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system in Qionglai City,constructs eight indicators from three dimensions: the degree of professional stability,the degree of professional professionalism and the degree of professional development,and applies the comprehensive evaluation method to the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in Qionglai city The current situation of professional construction level is evaluated.On this basis,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of the professional construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Qionglai City,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the professional construction level of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Qionglai city.The main conclusions are as follows: in recent years,the professional construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Qionglai city has made some achievements,but from the perspective of professional development level,it is still at a low level.At present,the main problems are: the stability of professionalization is poor,the professionalism is not high,and the development of professionalization is slow.The main reason lies in the lack of incentive factors,low entry threshold and incomplete training system.Therefore,we should enhance the professional construction level of discipline inspection and supervision cadres from the aspects of strengthening job rotation,assessment and incentive,strengthening personnel optimization and style construction,and improving the learning system and education system. |
