Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Dongguan City Discipline Inspection And Supervision Of Cadres Assessment

Accordingly we made some improvements approaches, including the establishment of a diversified evaluation system, innovative evaluation methods, and strengthen the role of evaluation results. Finally, the paper further refine the assessment methods of evaluation measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the program. This study on the promotion of the development of the region’s discipline inspection work performance evaluation, the establishment of the region’s civil service classification evaluation methods, with a certain significance.
