The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China carried out a new strategic deployment for disciplinary inspection and supervision,and the fourth central disciplinary inspection conference established the important position of the construction of the cadre team.Clear discipline inspection and supervision work to a higher level,the development of higher quality requirements.The cadres who perform discipline and supervise in accordance with the law should pay attention to strictly abide by the "Articles of the Communist Party of China" and various party rules and regulations.As the backbone of the discipline inspection and supervision system,the improvement of their competence will have a great impact on the improvement of the competence of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres throughout the system.Based on the competency theory,combined with the practical work of the middle-level management of discipline inspection and supervision,through the data synthesis,induction and analysis,the competency evaluation index system of the middle-level management of discipline inspection and supervision is established.With a total of 7 dimensions and 35 competency elements,and the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,evaluation index weights.Finally,using the research results,this thesis evaluates the competency of the middle-level cadres in the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team of District D,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in District D according to the evaluation results.The research significance of this thesis is on the one hand to provide quantifiable evaluation indicators for the construction of middle-level discipline inspection and supervision cadres in District D,and on the other hand to provide relevant reference for discipline inspection and supervision organizations at all levels in the process of cadre construction,thereby promoting comprehensive and strict governance. |
