With the development of Internet technology,new media rise rapidly.New media represented by Microblog and We Chat gradually replace traditional media represented by newspapers,TV and radio and become the main channel of information transmission.The development of new media provides the opportunity and challenge for the Local government credibility construction,on the one hand,the new media to expand the channels of information dissemination,compressing the people receive,dissemination of information cost of time and space,the Internet is easier to start negative news and false information,many extremists will point to the government,the government image stigmatized conditions.On the other hand,with the help of new media technology,the government can shorten the distance between itself and the public.The "two micro terminals" set up by the local government departments at all levels become a platform for communication between the government and the public,which can not only improve the government’s efficiency but also voluntarily accept the supervision of the people.However,the local government’s insufficient understanding of the background of new media can easily lead to improper handling of social emergencies,Internet rumors and other events.When the government fails to fulfill its responsibilities and dereliction of duty is quickly spread,it is easy for the public to be dissatisfied and the government’s credibility will be destroyed.With the continuous exposure of unexpected events on the Internet,the government’s lagging response ability gradually makes the government’s credibility construction process lag behind.In view of this situation,the author,based on the background of new media,conducts an integrated analysis of relevant literature on the construction of local government credibility,and conducts a study on the construction of local government credibility under the background of new media by means of literature research,case investigation and content analysis method.The author selected Changchun Changsheng vaccine incident as the entry point,analyzed the local government’s response measures in the vaccine incident,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the credibility of the local government in the context of new media.This paper is divided into five parts.This article first overview on relevant concepts and theories,including "new media","local government" concept of the "government credibility" research as well as the social contract theory,new public service theory,theory of responsible government and Xi Jinping’s media fusion thought is analyzed,and then introduce Changchun Changsheng vaccine event,through the review "events" Changchun Changsheng vaccine,This paper puts forward the urgency of the construction of local government’s credibility,in order to find out the way to improve local government’s credibility under the background of new media.The third part analyses the background of new media live vaccine event’s influence on the credibility of local government,including three aspects: under the background of new media live vaccine events affect the authority of the government image,under the background of new media live vaccine events affect regional economy by the government of the social credit establishment,under the background of new media live vaccine events affect the trust of government public policy.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions to strengthen the construction of local government’s credibility by using new media,analyzes the influence brought by it,and puts forward countermeasures and paths to strengthen the local government’s credibility in China,so as to enhance the local government’s credibility. |
