| The rapid development of the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives, the trust relationship between the public and the local government in the real world is also changing in the network society.In the background of new media development, local government will be affected from the media in the social hot events and extremely easy to cause the damage to the image and prestige,network governance of local government is challenged by virtual network space.The local government can make good use of the media, a good grasp of this "double-edged sword" effect of local governance, efforts to guide the network public opinion, to create a good network environment, has a very important significance to enhance the government’s credibility.Therefore,how to regulate the development of the media in a reasonable and orderly manner, and maintain a good order in cyberspace is a major issue in front of the government.In the context of the network from the media, with the help of the theory of management and communication, this paper studies the government credibility in the media environment,starting from the connotation of the mechanism of government credibility analysis, taking the case of "Chengdu smog" as an example, this paper analyzes the negative impact of the media on the credibility of local government from the perspective of quantitative analysis and case analysis,and according to the analysis of the reasons and put forward corresponding countermeasures..This paper mainly discusses the following viewpoints: first,the we media has become an important factor affecting the credibility of local government,its characteristics of autonomy, rapid communication and strong interaction promoted the awakening of civic awareness in the network society,It has a positive impact on the construction of local credibility in the process of promoting democracy,but at the same time, the distortion of the media information and the alienation of the state also have many negative effects on the local government credibility;Secondly, based on the relevant theoretical basis,to analysis the development process of media from the media influence mechanism on the credibility of the local government, through analysis of typical cases, using multiple regression model from the microscopic to"Chengdu smog" as an example to demonstrate the media has a negative impact on the local government credibility; Finally, based on theanalysis of the main factors that affect the local government credibility,including the media anomie, the transfer of the right to speak, the network of opinion leaders around the trend of public opinion and the crowd effect and group polarization.At the same time, combined with the reality of the current network society, from the main body of we media, platform and the level of local government put forward the strategy to enhance the credibility of local government. |
