Research On Rural Human Settlement Environment Improvement In Dazheng Town,Zhuanghe City

The harmonious development of man and nature must follow the concept of green development.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the rural human settlement environment improvement work should be carried out as soon as possible,and emphasized that the rural issues are the most critical and basic content of the national economy and people’s livelihood from the beginning to the end.The three rural issues must be taken as the core of the party’s work,and must be firmly dealt with.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the production and life style of farmers has changed greatly.The current situation of rural living environment has been difficult to meet the actual needs of farmers’ production and life.Although with the promulgation and implementation of various governance policies,compared with the previous rural living environment has been greatly improved,there are also many problems worthy of discussion in the specific implementation process.This study takes Dazheng town of Zhuanghe City as an example,focusing on the improvement of rural human settlement environment,conducted in-depth interviews with 9representative villages from 19 villages in Dazheng town of Zhuanghe City.By using the method of literature research,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the research status of rural human settlement environment improvement at home and abroad.On the basis of public governance theory and sustainable development theory,it is found that there are still some problems in the rural human settlements renovation of Dazheng Town,Zhuanghe City,such as the villagers’ low enthusiasm to participate in the rural human settlements renovation,the lack of long-term guarantee for the rural human settlements renovation,and the imperfection of rural infrastructure and public service system,and the lack of technical talents for rural human settlement environment renovation.Through the study of the existing problems,the thesis deeply analyzes the reasons of the villagers’ lack of environmental awareness,the lack of diversified cooperative governance mechanism,the lack of financial investment,and the imbalance of urban and rural development in the rural residential environment improvement in Dazheng town of Zhuanghe City.The typical cases of Dalishu village in Fengcheng City of Liaoning Province and Xiaogang Village in Fengyang County of Anhui Province are used for reference,and the experience and enlightenment are summarized.This thesis summarizes the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for improving the villagers’ cognition level,establishing and improving the long-term mechanism of rural residential environment improvement,and strengthening the construction of rural basic society and public service system.It aims to provide an important reference for Liaoning Province and even other similar areas in the country to carry out rural human settlements improvement.
