Study On Rural Human Settlements Renovation In Yongnian District Of Handan City

China is in an important stage of rural revitalization strategy,and the focus of rural revitalization lies in rural development.Renovation of rural human settlements is the focus of rural revitalization strategy and the cornerstone of rural development.In the process of improving rural human settlements,many measures need to be taken,such as lavatory renovation,domestic garbage treatment,domestic sewage treatment,beautifying village appearance,etc.,and the above contents are the main direction to improve rural human settlements.Firstly,the basic concept of rural human settlements improvement is defined by literature research,and the support of human settlements theory,sustainable development theory and multi-governance theory to human settlements improvement is clarified.Through field investigation,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the current situation of rural human settlements improvement in Yongnian District of Handan City.Combined with the current situation of rural human settlements improvement in Yongnian District,it points out that there are some problems in rural human settlements improvement in Yongnian District,such as the lack of cooperation between government departments,the low enthusiasm of villagers to participate in the improvement,the lack of multi-subjects to participate in the improvement,the single source of funds for the improvement and the lack of long-term mechanism for environmental improvement.Secondly,by using the method of experience for reference,this thesis studies the Zhejiang thousand villages show and ten thousand villages renovate.,the county economy and society in Chongxin County,Gansu Province,the new village movement in South Korea and the rural regeneration initiative in the United States,and summarizes the experience and effects of rural human settlements improvement at home and abroad,and concludes that the future development of Yongnian District should give full play to the main role of the government,improve the enthusiasm of villagers to participate,and establish a perfect supervision and management mechanism.Finally,according to the actual situation of rural areas in Yongnian District,the specific countermeasures to solve the problem of rural human settlements improvement in Yongnian District are put forward from six aspects: strengthening collaborative governance of government departments,stimulating villagers’ enthusiasm for participation,developing diversified governance subjects,broadening sources of funds and establishing long-term mechanisms.
