Research On Charitable Organizations’ Participation In Relief For Children In Difficulty From The Perspective Of General System Theory

There are a large number of children in distress in our country,and providing them with effective assistance and protection is not only related to the development of micro-systems such as themselves and their families,but also related to the long-term stability of the country.Based on the research of general system theory,this article analyzes the role of charitable organizations in the rescue of children in distress,and from the perspective of charity organizations,analyzes the difficulties and problems encountered by them in participating in the rescue of children in distress,and puts forward suggestions on the rescue of children in distress.This article takes the Zhejiang Women and Children’s Foundation "Renewal Paradise" project as a research case,investigates the plight of children in distress through a preliminary questionnaire survey,and formulates corresponding service plans based on the results of the survey.Use general system theory to try to finely describe the scene of charity organizations participating in the rescue of children in distress,and fully excavate the effective information in the rescue process,so as to draw the conclusion that charity organizations participate in the rescue of children in distress has four major system advantages.At the same time,using the case analysis method and interview method to collect data and sort out the analysis,it was found that the following problems existed in the project service process: in terms of project service,insufficient professional service level,high accompanying cost;high demand for professional supervision,which affected the project implementation progress;project fundraising channels Single,granular,long fundraising cycle,but also cultural and ethical issues between parents and children.In terms of project management,project data output and feedback mechanisms are lagging;there is little cooperation and exchange between organizations,which limits opportunities for experience exchange.In response to the above findings,this article proposes targeted suggestions from the macro-medium-micro level: from the macro level,establish a protection system for children in distress,clarify the roles and roles of different types of organizations;at the meso level,explore new supervision models and localized volunteers accompanying mode,optimizing the organization and management mode,and strengthening new technical support;at the micro level,strengthen family guardianship education responsibilities,enhance the family’s comprehensive development capabilities,and enhance the self-protection and self-development awareness of children in distress.
