Research On Social Assistance For Children In Distress In Qingdao West Coast New Area

Children are the flowers of the motherland,the hope and future of the nation.The care and protection of children in distress is an important decision made by the CPC Central Committee and an important manifestation of our Party’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly.It is everyone’s expectation that the government and society can give more care to children in need in daily life.For example,carrying out the activity of "policy preaching in villages(residences)" will better implement the care of the Party Central Committee and the State Council for children in need,put relevant policies into practice at the grassroots level and on every child,let grassroots children workers understand and master their obligations,let parents of children in need feel the care of the Party,automatically and consciously exercise their due responsibilities,and let policies,regulations and systems better take root at the grassroots level Flowers grow on the ground.However,in recent years,the problems of children in distress are still outstanding.In fact,children in difficult situations,such as those without children,orphans and disabled children,are not fully treated fairly in life and study,and many of their rights are restricted.Due to their young age,limited cognition,and lack of guardian care,children in distress have a variety of problems in the development process,which is extremely easy to cause children’s sense of loneliness and inferiority,laying a great hidden danger for their own healthy growth.Therefore,to enable children in difficult situations to develop freely,it is not only necessary to rely on the corresponding policy support from the state,but also to create an environment conducive to their own growth,which can be used to alleviate the situation of exclusion and marginalization,so that children in difficult situations can better accept the reality,adapt to the reality,and let children from families in difficult situations thrive and grow healthily.This paper summarizes the current research situation of social assistance for children in need at home and abroad,clarifies the research ideas,main contents and research methods.Starting from the current situation of children in need in Qingdao West Coast New Area,this paper expounds relevant concepts and theories.After in-depth analysis of the situation of children in need in the New Area,combined with field research,interviews and questionnaires,it explores the common problems that children in need encounter in life and learning,It also scientifically analyzes the factors that affect the social assistance for children in need,and gives suggestions for improving the assistance system for children in need in the New Area.According to the actual survey,we put forward optimization suggestions such as strengthening supervision and improving the awareness of community active participation,and then through strengthening organizational leadership,system implementation,talent training,technical support,financial support and other measures to ensure the healthy growth of children in distress in the New Area.
