Research On Supervision Responsibilities Of Y County Commission For Discipline Inspection Under The Background Of National Supervision System Reform

Party commission for discipline inspection at all levels mainly supervise jurisdiction within the scope of party organizations and leading cadres,exercise supervision and enforcement accountability responsibilities,is an organ of the inner-party supervision task force,"supervision" is the first duty of discipline inspection commission,but also the important political responsibility,commission for discipline inspection supervision system reform is to fulfill the commission for discipline inspection supervision responsibilities higher demands and challenges,in order to promote the deepening of the reform,commission for discipline inspection to the supervision work in the first place,with supervision and enforcement accountability.This article uses the methods of literature research,in-depth interview and comparative analysis to study the supervision responsibility of Y County Discipline Inspection Commission.First of all,it describes the institutional setting,current situation and specific practices of Y County Discipline Inspection Commission in the supervision of the implementation of its duties.It comes to the conclusion that since the reform of the supervision system,the Discipline Inspection Commission of Y county has paid more and more attention to the supervision work,and the supervision also occupies an increasingly important position in the overall work and has achieved certain results.However,due to the objective situation of the county-level Discipline Inspection Commission,there are also various problems in the performance of the supervision responsibilities,such as the weakness of the supervision Party committee at the same level,the insufficient supervision power,the short board and ideological misunderstanding of the grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision cadres,and the lack of endogenous power of supervision.Secondly,through the method of interview and analysis,combined with work practice,it points out that there are difficulties in supervising the party committees at the same level,the supervision methods and concepts need to be innovated,and the lack of supervision and incentive system for Discipline Inspection and supervision cadres is not perfect.It finds out the crux of the problems in the supervision work of Y County Discipline Inspection Commission.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the process of performing the supervision responsibilities of Y County Discipline Inspection Commission,combined with the new challenges brought about by deepening the reform of supervision system,four countermeasures are put forward: first,strengthen the supervision of Party committees at the same level;second,improve the supervision mode and methods;third,strengthen the self-supervision of discipline inspection and supervision cadres;fourth,carry out appropriate measures for Discipline Inspection and supervision cadres excitation.
