On The Treatment Of Network Public Opinion For Public Security

This paper takes the development process of network public opinion of "12.16 Man’s falling incident" as the main line of research,through in-depth interviews with the expert commissioners of the command center and the experts in the field of emergency management research and collecting non-confidential emergency management data from within the public security,combined with the statistics of the network data of the authoritative public opinion monitoring website,analyzes the real and typical disposal process of Guangzhou public security organs when dealing with the network public opinion.Based on the theory of network public opinion evolution cycle,this paper analyzes the development process of network public opinion event in stages,and studies the problems and shortcomings of Guangzhou public security in the handling of network public opinion from four stages: the gestation period,explosive period,duration and remission period of network public opinion.Finally,it explores the deep causes of the problem of public opinion disposal-the rigid monitoring mechanism of network public opinion and the weak consciousness of "three synchronism" in the disposal of network public opinion;Public security network lack of guidance skills;Insufficient propaganda in the age of the whole media;Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for Guangzhou public security organs to deal with the network public opinion-to construct a good network public opinion management environment and optimize the network public opinion management environment.Turn the network public opinion control mechanism,strengthen the public security propaganda two-level communication mode.The author hopes that the research on the network public opinion disposal strategy of Guangzhou public security organs can enhance the emergency consciousness of the network public opinion of the public security organs,adapt to the characteristics of the network information dissemination in the whole network era,enhance the credibility of the public security organs and establish a harmonious relationship between the police and the people.
