Research On Government’s Coordination Mechanism In Respondse To Internet Public Opinion Of Guangxi From The Perspective Of Organizational Communication And Coordination

Today’s network has gradually become an important channel and platform for people to acquire knowledge and information,express their emotions,elaborate their ideas and participate in social management.The improper handling by the government in dealing with the public opinion on the internet will most likely lead to the emergence of a crisis or even serious negative public opinion that will seriously affect the government’s own image and credibility.To avoid the above-mentioned situation,how to scientifically and properly evaluate and deal with the public opinion on the internet and promote the event disposal and public opinion guidance to complement each other,which is an important issue that we must attach great importance to,treat correctly and conduct in-depth studies.Based on the theory of organization and synergetics,this thesis applied such theoretical methods as theoretical analysis,data analysis,comparative analysis and systematic analysis to analyze and study the problems and reason existing in the communication and coordination of the government network and public opinions in coping with the interaction between the upper and lower institutions.This thesis took Guangxi government network public opinion as a case.Through the investigation and analysis of the status of public opinion at all levels of Guangxi government network combined with relevant professional theory and the use of relevant research methods to analyze and assess current effectiveness and existing problems of Guangxi government in the establishment of network public opinion governance mechanism.It was found that there were four 4 aspects of main problems in the communication and coordination between the upper and lower linkage mechanisms of Guangxi government:(1)The responsibility of communication coordination organization was not clear and the authority was not high;(2)The unitary and inefficiency of communication and coordination;3.Communication information feedback was highly distorted and interactive was not strong;inter-departmental level coordination was inconsistent and lacked cooperation.Basis on this,aiming at the problems of organization communication and coordination in Guangxi government’s network public opinion governance linkage mechanism,this thesis try to put forward the working mechanism of communication and coordination,which is directly leaded and coordinated by the party committee and government of Guangxi autonomous region.This working mechanism would optimize the working structure and further straighten out the relationship between departments and all sectors in order to ensure a reasonable division of labor,clear responsibilities and efficient coordination,and finally improve the efficiency and level of government network public opinion governance.
