A Study On The Allocation Of Compulsory Education Resources In Yinchuan

Education is related to the development of human beings,the future of a country and a nation,and the progress of mankind.Fairness in education is an inherent requirement of socialism.It is an important part of the gradual realization of common prosperity for the people and a powerful manifestation of the basic value of modern education.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that "we will promote equity in education,promote the integrated development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,and strive to ensure that every child can enjoy fair and quality education" To promote fairness in compulsory education,the basis is to address the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development,and the key is to allocate compulsory education resources in a fair and reasonable way,especially high-quality education resources.Education resource allocation imbalance phenomenon at present have restricted the development of compulsory education,based education resources allocation from the actual situation,this paper analysis factors hindering compulsory education resources allocation is balanced,the evaluation of education resources allocation,the basis of equality,mutual guarantee educatees fair to accept education,is an important task to promote the development of compulsory education balance.This paper takes the education resource allocation of compulsory education in Yinchuan as the research object,and introduces the research results and relevant concepts of education resource allocation at home and abroad by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview method.From the stage of compulsory education and basic information resource allocation,human resources,financial support,material support four aspects,introducing the compulsory education stage education resource allocation situation,the stage of compulsory education resource allocation situation has carried on the deep research and analysis of the yinchuan education resource allocation problems existing in the compulsory education stage and the insufficiency,Based on the advanced experience of other provinces and cities in China on the allocation of education resources in the compulsory education stage,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the allocation of resources in the compulsory education stage in Yinchuan,and finally provides a reference for promoting the fairness of the compulsory education in Yinchuan and meeting the increasing demand of the society for high-quality education resources.
