| The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "education is a national priority and a priority for the Party.The fundamental questions of education are what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate them,and for whom to cultivate them.It is necessaryto accelerate the development of high-quality and balanced compulsory education,integrated urban-rural development,optimized regional allocation of educational resources,deepen comprehensive reforms in the education sector,and improve the school management system." This is a guiding principle for China’s compulsory education field.This article analyzes the balance of teacher resources in Guangxi’s compulsory education stage,takinginto account Guangxi’s actual economic level,education infrastructure,andcultural characteristics,in combination with the "14th Five-Year Plan" for education development in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.This article mainly studies several issues,including the equitable distribution of compulsory education resources between major cities in Guangxi,the equitable distribution of compulsory education resources in all counties in Guangxi,and the balance of compulsory education resources in towns and villages in Guangxi.The article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the article and the literature review;the second chapter is theoretical research,which mainly discusses the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of compulsory education;the third chapter is research design,including research background,research questions,research hypotheses,and regression models;the fourth chapter is empirical analysis,which first processes the macro data of all counties and districts in Guangxi,then further synthesizes the data into five regions,and finally analyzes the differences in the allocation of compulsory education teachers in Guangxi from the three-dimensional perspectiveof urban,rural,and township areas;the fifth chapter is attribution analysis,which discusses the obstacles of the household registration system and theschool district system,the significant differences in economic levels between cities,and the differences in urban-rural development;the sixth chapteris policy recommendations,which suggests continuing to relax control over household registration and school districts,promoting the optimization and upgrading of economic structure among cities,and continuing to coordinate and allocate resources for teachers in towns and villages;the last chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results of the article and outlines future research directions.The article refers to official authoritative data and uses R software for mapping and regression calculations.The article strictly follows academic norms and research ideas,proposing,analyzing,and solving problems,with the aim of providing reference and assistance for the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education resources in Guangxi. |
