Research On Community Collaborative Governance Under Public Health Emergencies

Through the outbreak of the new type of coronavirus pneumonia at the end of2019,the complexity and conflict of public health emergencies have made people realize the importance of community governance at the grassroots level and the need for community governance.Although the collaborative governance of urban communities in my country has achieved certain results and gained certain experience in recent years,a series of problems have still been exposed in response to the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic.The same applies to the coordinated governance of urban communities in frontier ethnic regions.Therefore,using the case of community collaborative governance in a public health emergency,the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,to explore the collaborative governance of urban communities in frontier ethnic regions will have a different significance from the past,and will be vital to the future development of urban communities.The article selects Y community in Gongyuan Street,Yanji City,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,Jilin Province as a case.Based on research methods such as literature method,questionnaire method and interview method,it pays attention to the status quo of community collaborative governance in Y community.From the subject level,process level,system level,and tool level,the basic status quo of Y community community’s collaborative governance of epidemic prevention and control was collected and summarized.Based on the status quo of the Y community,the analysis found the problems existing in the community’s collaborative governance of epidemic prevention and control at the subject level,process level,system level,and tool level,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions for these four aspects to share.Strive to consolidate the collaborative governance of the community during the current epidemic prevention and control period,strengthen the future collaborative governance of the community to play an active role in public health emergencies,and to ensure the safety of people’s lives,to achieve the happiness of people’s lives and the harmony and stability of the society,and to contribute academic strength to Case evidence and experience sharing.
