Study On The Emergency Management Of Grassroots Government Under Public Health Emergencies

COVID-19 is the most popular and urgent public health emergency in China since 2019.The new era of COVID-19 is the fastest spreading and most widespread infection in China since the founding of new China.Under such circumstances.COVID-19 is a new type of pneumonia.The strategic layout of "comprehensive deployment,three-dimensional prevention and control" ensures the health and life safety of the people to the greatest extent.Among them,the grass-roots government,as the grass-roots political power closest to the production and life of the people,its emergency management mode provides the epidemic prevention guarantee for the people and plays a vital role in winning the Sniper War of epidemic prevention and control.With the continuous development and practice of social work specialty in China,social work specialty is gradually recognized by the public with its professional concept of helping others and practical ability.Especially in response to SARS and other public health emergencies,it has well assisted the government,supplemented social forces and played a vital role.Therefore,it is necessary to embed the social work specialty into the emergency management of the grass-roots government,further enhance the resilience of the community,improve the emergency management mode of the grass-roots government.At the same time,build a perfect collaborative governance mode to better protect the personal safety of the people The top priority of our work is also the development direction of our future work.This paper aims to explore the emergency management mode of grass-roots government in public health emergencies from the perspective of social work specialty,and put forward the working mode of social work specialty as the main body of multi collaborative governance.Through the investigation and interview,such as single participants,community and community self-organization,analyzes the specific work of each party,and provides some suggestions for the emergency management mode of grass-roots government,hoping to make the social work specialty better Embedded in the emergency management mode of the grass-roots government,build a collaborative governance mode,and then improve the emergency management mode to provide better services for the people.
