Poverty alleviation has been always attaching great importance to in China’s Communist Party,and Xi Jinping is not only the pioneer of Precision Poverty Alleviation,but also the leader of poverty alleviation.As an important part of poverty alleviation and development work,poverty alleviation publicity plays an important role in the implementation of policy deployment,ensuring correct work orientation,gathering consensus of all parties and enhancing the joint efforts of poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to explore the poverty alleviation publicity in ethnic areas,so as to protect the vital interests of the poor and enhance the implementation effect of poverty alleviation publicity in China.Using the comprehensive research methods such as literature research,field research and mathematical statistics,research on the poverty alleviation propaganda work of Zhouxi,which is a town of Kaili City in Guizhou Province,is proceeded,and the following problems in the propaganda process are found.First,the awareness of the importance of poverty alleviation propaganda is insufficient.Second,the mechanism of poverty alleviation propaganda is not perfect.Third,the object of poverty alleviation propaganda is single.Fourth,the way of propaganda is relatively traditional;Fifth,the effect of poverty alleviation propaganda is not ideal.It is found that the main factors restricting the effect of poverty alleviation propaganda are the shortage of propaganda team construction,the complexity of propaganda objects and the restriction of external development environment,etc.Combined with the specific situation of Zhouxi Town,this paper puts forward the following measures to optimize the development of poverty alleviation publicity work.(1)To strengthen the precise publicity,which request us to strengthen the quality,to improve the ideological awareness of the whole staff,to strengthen policy learning,and to promote the ability of policy interpretation.(2)To strengthen the awareness of poverty alleviation publicity,which request us to be close to the masses,to highlight the accuracy of the publicity content,to distinguish the audiences,to achieve the accuracy of the publicity objects,to keep innovating,and to strive for the accuracy of the publicity methods.(3)To strengthen the construction of publicity platform,which request us to improve the typical publicity methods,to enhance the typical publicity effect,to improve the publicity service platform for poverty alleviation,and to strengthen the implementation of poverty alleviation policies.(4)To establish and improve the working mechanism,which request us to strengthen the communication and cooperation mechanism,and to build the mechanism of mass participation;(5)To increase organizational security,which request us to strengthen organizational leadership,team building,system building,and capital investment.The results in this paper can provide some of assist for the poverty alleviation work of Kaili City,and provide experience for the poverty alleviation work of Kaili City or even all parts of China. |
